Typical village house, completely renovated and equipped. Very welcoming and convenient. You will find very quiet. It is a house with lots of light. It is located 5 minutes from all the services of the village (pharmacy, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, ...). To go to the beaches there is 15 minutes walking. It is located in a very quiet and calm village area. No problem parking. You will be able to park very close to the house. It does not have wifi.

Super cozy house completely renovated

In the past, it was the hair salon of the town, and instead of restoring it, we chose to completely renovate it. We love carpentry, so we dedicated ourselves to making almost all the furniture and the general decoration. It is located in the center of Armentera, a beautifull village with a lot of history. It is 5 minutes away from the beach. Ideal for spending a few days with family or friends, and with plenty of experiences to enjoy the Alt Emporda.

Very well lit, it faces south and has windows in all rooms, each window is like a Mediterranean painting. The street where it is located is very quiet and dead-end, only the neighbors use it.

This accommodation is very special and personal because it is the house that my great-grandfather bought to spend the summers with his 9 children, then where my father grew up and in it I spent the happiest moments of my childhood. Can Fité is a dream house by the sea with views to Cap de Creus and 1 min walk to Cala Rovellada, designed by architect Lluis Raich and built between November 2018 and July 2019 by father and son builders Paco & Oscar.
