Pleasant View

The cottage was spotlessly clean and well appointed with everything you might need. We had a very comfortable stay. It was well-located and within easy reach of places to visit/eat out/go for walks. Beautiful views from the front windows. For us, the only downside was that it was on a busy road, so noisy at night with the bedroom windows open. But otherwise, highly recommended. Christine communicated well and responded quickly to questions and queries.

Warren Bothy

Lovely stay! It’s rare gem - such private accommodation, away from everyone. Very comfortable sleeping arrangements and a warm, cosy house. We stayed with our 2 dogs for 3 nights and they really enjoyed the private garden. However, for everyone considering bringing their pets - ensure they aren’t reactive to livestock, as you have to walk past the sheep on the way to the cottage.

Louise was the perfect host, so helpful with all my questions! Lovely to meet her on arrival but then left us to the perfect private little retreat. Everything was fabulous, thank you so much.

Spotless, cosy, well-equipped and such a peaceful location with beautiful views. A few minutes drive into Hay-on-Wye. My daughter and I had a lovely weekend here and we're already talking about returning for a longer stay.
