With us you live rural and close to nature, while the house is only 20 km from Visby. Beautiful hiking trails and nature reserves are available next to the property. The nearest swimming area is 10 minutes away (car). It is close to the west coast, east coast and lake (Tingstäde marsh) so swimming can be adapted to the weather and wind. In walking distance there is Bäl village farm with barbecue and mini golf that are regularly available in the summer. At the house there is a south-facing patio with charcoal grill and generous grass areas.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your stay. It is a 6-minute walk to the harbor and 9 minutes to the beach, 3 minutes to the shopping street. Welcome to Glädjens Hus, which has been in the Lindahl family's estate since 1893 when the widow Johanna Lindahl had this fantastic house built. Today, there is a balcony that guests share and with views of the inner city and inner harbor. The apartment has 3 rooms and kitchen, of which 2 bedrooms with 2 beds in each. Summertime also two beds in friggebod (without electricity) on the plot.

Fully equipped laundry room with mudroom. In addition to this, there are 2 good mattresses for children to sleep on.

Here, just 12 minutes from Visby and 20 minutes from Tofta beach, you can enjoy the rural setting and at the same time be close to the pulse of the city. Glöm alla vardagliga bekymmer i detta rymliga och fridfulla boende. En traditionell gotlandsgård vid havet, ensam belägen ytterst på udden. Utsikt ifrån fönstren ut över hav och strandängar. Granne med ett naturreservat med många olika fåglar, fantastiskt för fågelskådning! Havet ligger bara några steg bort, vandra genom ängarna med vilda blommor, den långa stranden med orörd mjuk sand, sträcker sig en km.
