A few hundred meters to the farm shop with fresh vegetables and eggs. On the ground floor, there is a living room, kitchen and toilet with shower. There is also washing machine and dryer. The entire ground floor has underfloor heating, which provides good comfort all year round. Upstairs there are three bedrooms. The double beds can be separated into single beds. The house has two private patios and its own barbecue.

Newly built house near beach, Djupvik

Enjoy a newly built modern house in a quiet forest edge by the Eksta coast and Djupvik harbor. The house is located privately with a 10-minute beautiful walk down to Djupvik's beach, ice cream and restaurant. 3 bedrooms, sleeps 6-8. Morning and evening sun on different sides of the house. Hammocks in the edge of the forest. There is a guest house on the property that can also be rented. It has 5 beds and its own ad here on AirBnB. You can purchase cleaning for SEK 1,500. Otherwise, you clean up yourself on departure.

Casaquarium on Fårö

Now we rent out our newly built summer island on Fårö so more people can enjoy the magical island and the amazing house. Here you can get peace and quiet in a beautiful surroundings whilst still being close to everything Fårö has to offer. When you come with the Fårö ferry, it is only a few minutes to our house. At the end of a dirt road, you can discern it through the pine trees. The nature around is beautiful and when the sun is setting between the trees, the tranquility really falls. Here you will enjoy.

Udden

Forget all everyday worries in this spacious and peaceful home. A traditional Gotland farm by the sea, alone located at the end of the headland. View from the windows out over the sea and shore meadows. Adjacent to a nature reserve with many different birds, great for bird watching! The sea is just a few steps away, hike through the meadows with wild flowers, the long beach with untouched soft sand, stretches one km. The surroundings, the light, the sky – especially the stars at night – the "Milky Way".

These houses are from 2018 so the standard is really high. In the area you will find restaurants and nice nature places to visit. One of Gotlands best restaurants "Krakas" is about 10 miles from the houses. Also the small summer towns Katthammarsvik and more wellknown Ljugarn is close within range.

The entire house was completely renovated in 2019. On the over 5000 sqm plot there are also two barns with a fantastic patio in perfect evening sun equipped with barbecue and outdoor furniture overlooking the fields.
