Just outside the community, there is also a 9-hole golf course. The house is in good condition and has all the amenities needed. There are five beds distributed in three bedrooms. Dining area, living room with TV and fireplace. Shower room with toilet in the house and washing machine in a separate building.

It is located 2 kilometres from the sea and 15 kilometres from the nearest village. It is a paradise for outdoor activities such as hiking, bicycling, kayaking, birdwatching and beach life.

The house, called "The Ateljéhuset", is 300 meters from the sea with a ten kilometer long sandy beach in one direction and one of Gotland´s best fishing spots for trout along the cliffs in the other directon. From the bedroom, the dining area and the terrace you can look stright across the Baltic Sea and always hear the waves. The house adjoins to Danbo Nature Reserve. It is a paradise for hikers where you can enjoy untouched nature, yet there are really good restaurants nearby.
