We absolutely loved our stay! The location is perfect — just a short walk to the city center and right next to a beautiful park. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, ideal for a relaxing stay. Parking was very convenient, and the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged. The air was fresh, the water incredibly clean, and we woke up to birds singing outside the window — such a delight! The host was kind and responsive, offering great recommendations on local attractions and always ready to help. Highly recommended! 💗

The host welcomed us warmly and presented us with a very well-documented and very useful information book. We were entitled to free fruit and vegetables from the estate as well as homemade apple juice. Excellent local wine is available on site for a few euros. The accommodation is about a 15-minute drive from the Center. We recommend this lovely place.

We had a lovely stay at this spectacular property overlooking the castle. It felt like we were getting an authentic experience of Ljubljana and Andrej was a very hospitable host. Friendly, responsive, happy to answer questions and help with our luggage and gifted us some Slovenian wine to enjoy during our stay. The location is excellent and we took the walking tour on our first day, which helped get our bearings and some local history, but everything is within easy walking distance of the apartment. For a family of four adults, this was more convenient and relaxing than staying in a hotel and both the apartment and Ljubljana exceeded our expectations. We went on a day trip to Lake Bled from Ljubljana bus station. Tickets are cheap and the service is frequent. It's beautiful there and lots to do with lovely lakeside restaurants so it was worth venturing out of the city for a day. We can't recommend the apartment and Andrej highly enough. Hi there! We stayed for 3 nights only in May 2025, but could stay for much longer:) Quiet place and surroundings, easily reachable with public transport or taxi from downtown. Host Tomaz is great. More than just a host. Truly! Helped me big time and guided us during our whole stay. Will definitely recommend to anyone who want to enjoy Ljubljana and sleep well :) Cheers!

The stay was very short only a few hours 13 to be exact(8 we slept☺️) . I really appreciated that although it was late (22 o'clock) he came to get me back because the GPS couldn't help me anymore. Very kind and showed a lot of availability. Extremely well equipped, clean and modern place. I recommend to everyone to use Licko's services

Eva's place is beautiful and very well located. The area is full of houses, trees and you hear the birds each morning plus get to see a nice sunrise and sunset. More there is LIDL 3 minutes away so it's more than convenient. If you want to get to the city you can take the bus, 3 minutes from the building, or you can walk, around 20 minutes. I highly recommend Eva's place and we would definitely return.

Barbara’s place was perfect for us! Two separate spaces for my son and me, and a very nice kitchen and bathroom. We were using the bus to travel to caves and Lake Bled and the bus station was literally across the street. The old town was close as well. I would definitely spend more time in Ljubljana next trip!

This is located in a lovely residential area of Ljubljana. We felt quite at home at Damjan’s place. Everything was well in order. Loved how well presented the apartment was.

Sasa's place was amazingly beautiful and we loved every moment. Sasa is also a tour guide and we booked an unforgettable trip to Lake Bohinj that was beyond what we expected. Her apartments are beautiful, comfortable, very well appointed, everything we needed or wanted. Sasa is very quick with communication. The balcony on the top apartment was the icing on the cake.

Stunning spacious property tucked at the end of a small secluded road with great views over the countryside, even better in real life than the photos. The property was very clean and well equipped. A short 5 minute drive into nearest town for supermarkets and restaurants. The host was very responsive. Highly recommended.

We wanted a quiet place, away from the hustle and bustle of Ljubljana, yet close enough to it. We felt at home at Marjeta's place and recommend it 100%.

Well designed house with tasteful interior. We can’t think of anything that we missed and the house was spotless. Mojca was very friendly and thoughtful. The house is located on a very rural and quiet location, but still it’s really easy to get to Ljubljana by car. Beautiful walks close by too. We could have easily stayed longer here.

The best location for exploring the city! The apartment itself is beautiful, bright and clean with lots of homely touches and all the required amenities. The location is ideal for exploring the city, situated right in the central market which makes for a lovely view to wake up and we were impressed at how quiet the apartment felt despite the central location (due to the well sound proofed windows). There are masses of restaurants nearby, it’s a very short walk to the river and right by the entrance to the castle. Katarina is a fabulous host who made every effort to make our stay as comfortable and seamless as possible. Super flexible about timings and very responsive to any questions, as well as just being lovely! Would highly recommend this place.

This is a great apartment. Well furnished, comfortable, great natural light but also excellent lighting installed and lots of charging points for devices. Quiet but only 10 minute walk to centre of Ljubljana. Clear instructions from Maja made check in pretty straightforward. We did have a minor issue entering the car parking but Maja was quick and efficient in addressing and fixing the issue. Would definitely recommend this property and would love to stay again if we come back to Ljubljana.

Excellent apartment in the most beautiful city in the world! We loved Ljubljana and this location is right in the middle of everything. Very convenient to stop back a few times daily. Tara is a great host and the place is clean, bright and modern. Highly recommend!

Really great studio apartment, cozy with absolutely everything you need and a nice balcony that gets sun from noon until 18:00. The (free) bikes are an excellent bonus, we used them two days running to go into and around Ljubljana, even though we had a rental car. Lots of cycle paths make it safe and easy to travel around by bike. Ivy is an excellent host, although we didn’t meet her, she was friendly and very communicative with lots of good advice. Her recommendation of the restaurant Julija was spot on, it was really good (but gets busy so go early or reserve a table). Overall, Ivy’s place is perfect for a couple and we would 100% stay here again

The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a grand old building with 81 steps from the street. But so long as you can do those stairs, the location is unbeatable, right behind the Franciscan Church in the main square. Apartment had everything we needed, and so it was pleasant just being there, soaking up the sounds of the city. That sound includes church bells, every 15 mins, but it also means you are 5-10 mins from everything, in a very walkable city. We walked to/from the bus/train station on arrival and departure. And we cooked at home most nights, with a Lidl only 400m away. Would definitely stay here again

Nace is a cool and responsive host. We had a great stay at his flat. Free bikes are a sweet treat for the guests. Fully recommended!
