Vacation rentals with a patio in Livingston

Margaret’s Airbnb is just what we needed. It’s convenient had all the amenities and the view of the pond with the fire pit was divine! My husband and I enjoyed all the vibes. Thanks again!!

We loved our stay at Bill’s! Just south of Bozeman, quick drive to town & beautiful location! Located in a very quiet neighborhood - your own private unit connected to the main house - with bathroom, kitchenette, sunroom & outdoor space! Bill was a great host, accommodating us last minute when our travel plans were changed. Bill was also super kind & friendly, offering local recommendations for hikes & lending us bear spray. Great stay!!

What a great place set in an absolutely beautiful valley at the foothills of the mountains. The house was clean, comfortable , and well appointed. We absolutely loved it!

Shaun's place was perfect and we had such a nice time there. Accessible to Bozeman, Yellowstone, and Big Sky but also in a quiet area with beautiful views. The space and beds were very comfortable for 3 adults. The only warning would be that as this space is above a garage there are quite steep stairs with no grip on the treads or banister to hold onto. It was fine for me, but be cautious with little ones or seniors as it was a bit precarious for my mother.

Very comfortable unit in Livingston. There was plenty of space for our family of 4. We appreciated having 2 full bathrooms and king size beds. The living room was very comfortable. Great location with a grocery store within walking distance and many restaurants within a short drive. To note, there are two flights of stairs to go up that could be difficult to navigate for some people, especially while carrying luggage and supplies to the unit. We enjoyed our stay and will look at staying again should the occasion arise. Wonderful hosts who were easy to communicate with.

My family and I enjoyed staying at the nest so much.!!! The views and wildlife were amazing. It was a great location, central to everything we wanted to do. Robin and her husband were amazing hosts. They were very welcoming and gave great recommendations to do while we were visiting.

I have spend a lot of trips in houses and this is one of my favorites. So cute and so clean. Comfortable and well put together. The host is more than kind and helpful!! Great location.

This home was just as advertised and MORE! Generous space for our family of six. The extra touches provided by the owners made our stay extra special. Especially enjoyed the outdoor patio and hot tub. Kitchen had everything needed to cook our own meals and all the other little things needed when staying in a rental were provided. Would definitely stay again!

It's a great place, clean, convenient to MSU, and Brandon is fairly responsive and helpful. It was a little pricey, but I think that reflects the location and the dates selected. Also, we stayed only two nights...maybe more nights would have made the cost less per night? The driveway is a little narrow, so one has to be careful if driving a wider vehicle (passengers need to get out before descending the driveway to avoid banging doors into the rocks); but this comment is provided more for information than as a complaint. To summarize my great appreciation for the place, I did inquire whether it might be for sale (it isn't).

Elizabeth’s place was great. She was extremely helpful and responsive to our questions. One of the things that stood out was that the bed was extremely comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet and beautiful. We would definitely go back to Elly’s place if we are ever in Bozeman again.

Lovely home. We only used the primary bedroom and the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom well stocked and clean. We had trouble with figuring out the thermostat but eventually got there! Would stay here again.

Amazing views!!! This spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath home was perfect for our 3 couple group. It is in a neighborhood in the country, and the homes are well-spaced for privacy. The kitchen had ample cookware to make meals. The outside gas grill, gas fire pit, dining table, and Adirondack chairs made relaxing and admiring the scenery a true pleasure. The beds, pillows, and sheets were very comfortable allowing for easy sleep. 10 minutes from Chico Hot Springs, which we loved and went to twice. An easy drive to Livingston for unique shopping and great dining. Another easy drive (1 hour) to the north entrance of YNP. The highlight of our week's stay at Kady's home was a guided drift boat trip on the Yellowstone River that launched 10 minutes from the house. Kady is a gracious host and we are grateful that she has chosen to share such a special place with others.

This place is amazing. If you are thinking about booking it -- BOOK IT!!! You won't find a better home in the mountains. The views and the peace will fill your spirit! We used this lovely home as our base house for skiing at Bridger Bowl everyday. It was awesome. The host is AMAZING!!!! The property is stunning. We loved the loft bedrooms. The house was super clean and also homey feeling. I just can't say enough awesome things about this place. If you don't book it, you will regret it. I promise you! Go relax in the mountains for a few nights and you'll come out feeling like a better human :-). Special thanks to Jud for being an amazing host. HIGHLY recommend this place. 100/10 stars. We'll be back for sure :-)

This house is exactly like it is described. Beautiful views all around! The location was remote with an easy drive to Yellowstone. The game room was fun with our kids. Hosts are very responsive. House was clean and cozy. Great place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay! Beautiful space and very comfortable! Walkable to downtown and easy to access. Abigail was a great host, very responsive and accommodating! Highly recommend and would stay again!

We absolutely LOVED this condo. Great location, clean, and so comfortable! I felt like I was at home the second I walked through the door. Indoor parking was a plus and it was so close to everything! Carrie was a great host - outstanding communication. Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend!!

The 2 bedroom condo was ideal for me, my husband, daughter and son-in-law while we had Christmas with another daughter who lives nearby. Everything was sparkling clean and Signe even left us welcoming snacks. We also enjoyed playing games and working on the puzzle that were in the condo and reading the books about Montana. This is ideal for visiting Livingston and close to Yellowstone too.

The condo is in a very quiet area with easy access to the main roads. The beds are comfy and the kitchen is well stocked with all the cooking items we needed. We would love to stay here again!

Can’t say enough good things about this place. Great walkable location. Clean, well-appointed condo, responsive and communicative host. Lori informed me within a couple hours of checking out that We left some belongings and she offered to mail them to my home address! Highly recommend! Lots to see and do in the Bozeman area.

Great location for work or vacation with easy access to downtown and beautiful surrounding neighborhoods…. & no train noise! just a distant wail to remind you of the importance of Bozeman as a vital connection to western history. Local art galleries are a must see, great breweries nearby, hiking trails and creeks surrounding the town for easy access to nature :)

My friend and I arrived at John's place at 2am after our flight in from Bozeman. John was communicative and understood that we would be checking in late. He also made sure to ask if we found everything alright and got to the place safety. The apartment was sunny for a basement level apartment. Huge rooms with two full size beds in one and a king in the other. Super clean, well maintained as well as it seems freshly renovated. Having a washer / dryer shared between apartments was fantastic. Even better yet, having all the boot dryers in the mudroom was such a plus. I brought my own from home and I would have saved some space in my luggage if I knew there were boot dryers there! Location was fantastic, everything was within walking distance. Big Sky Resort was around less than a 15 min drive, and I have not tested out the shuttles yet but I saw that they were operating pretty regularly between the resort and the town.

We had a great time at Monica’s condo. I found the space perfect for a couple. We each had our own bathroom and could use the 2nd bedroom for all of our ski and cycling clothing and getting changed. The living room was comfy space for two and the kitchen had pretty much everything we needed. We loved the location—right on the shuttle loop for all the ski parking lots. WiFi was good, no issues. Fireplace was a nice bonus. The condo was in a quiet area, not much traffic. We were able to ride our bikes toward Moonlight Basin and beyond. Very beautiful neighborhoods to explore. We’d highly recommend and hope to be back again.
