We had a wonderful stay at the schoolhouse. It was very peaceful and relaxing. Carolyn is as Awesome host. Our family will defiantly stay here again.

Loved our stay at Anita’s cabin. The cabin feels bigger than it is, and is very cozy. The downstairs bedroom window is right by the creek, so I could wake up and listen to the water and the birds. The area is absolutely gorgeous - we walked the trails through the woods and walked the river several times. We enjoyed eating every meal outside on the comfortable patio furniture. It was so nice being able to bring our dog with us, and he loved getting to go on every adventure. Anita was very helpful, and quick to respond to any questions. I would definitely recommend a stay here for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Great place with a great view. Right in the middle of Main Street so you have lots of surrounding areas to walk to. Host was very friendly and helpful.

Staying here took me back to my childhood. Beautiful old farmhouse in perfect setting. Deer in the pastures and mornings on the porch with coffee watching the sunrise will start any morning off perfectly. The house reminded me of my grandparents homes and beds and furniture were all so comfortable. Showers had great water pressure and with three women we never ran out of hot water. Kitchen had all we needed and more than enough towels. Upstairs was charming and perfect place for kids. I would caution steps are very steep, as one would expect in an old house. It would make it difficult for anyone very tall or with any kind of handicap to climb. We had no issues but could see how some might. Aside from the attic caution, this is a picture perfect farmhouse and we would definitely stay again!
