We're centrally located in Merced's historic "Old Town" just a short walk from Downtown. Great restaurants, wine bars, movies, a playhouse and live entertainment venues are all there for your dining and relaxation pleasure. We are a non-smoking facility. Quant, lock off one bedroom guest suite in beautiful neighborhood in Merced! -Separate entrance - Entire suite - 1 bed 1 bath with a living room, kitchen and a laundry room - Beautifully decorated - Clean and cozy The guest suite shares 2 common walls with the main house which are not soundproofed. You may hear the sounds from the main house, we have a sound machine in the bedroom to help block it, but not sure about the result. Please do not book this place if that bothers you. Thank you! :)

Coolest “Car Cave” Studio+Loft+Nice Private Yard

This unique place is off a dirt alley. It’s past owner turned it into a really cool “man cave”; he even left the big doors so he could live with his motorcycles! We obtained it, did some updating and it turned out really fun! Changed out “man for car” because, well, that’s what it is! Plus ladies love it too! It’s really best for 1 person, a couple or even 3 or 4 friends or siblings that dont mind limited privacy or climbing the steep ladder up to loft where there’s two more double beds.

Stay in our Cozy studio with a new pillow top mattress with comforter will give you a good night rest and comfortable sofa , high speed internet with wifi in unit is ready for you to use and our Smart TV is connected with an Amazon Fire Stick. Our home is located in central San Joaquin Valley, amongst the farming industry. Out in the country away from the traffic and noise of town but still close enough to Highway 99 for easy access. A prime location for a home base for taking in all CA has to offer. Yosemite, Monterey, and San Fran are all just a 2 hour drive from our home. There will be some fresh baked goods and a few other breakfast items for you to enjoy your first morning.
