This is a studio located in the rear of the house, recently refurbished with independent entrance. The 20 square meter bedroom is equipped with a kitchen, a large 140 cm mezzanine bed and a sofa bed below. It is possible to place a baby crib if needed. The studio is at garden level, ideal location if you have dogs and children who can play outside. The bathroom is private with a large shower.
