The house comprises of an open plan living room, dining area and kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Air conditioning keeps the house cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Large verandas with sea views and a garden with outdoor dining and lounge chairs are ideal for a relaxing vacation.

An outdoor terrace features a wooden dining table surrounded by eight chairs, with views of the beach and ocean. Vibrant pink bougainvillea adds a pop of color against the greenery and rocky landscape in the background, enhancing the serene coastal setting.
