Monthly Rentals in Little York

Jerry’s place is my absolute favorite Airbnb ever…and I have stayed in quite a few! It is extremely comfortable, super clean, great area and has everything you can think of. I brought my mom with me on this trip and she loved it! I don’t know when was the last time I have seen my mom napping so peacefully. Everytime I go to Cortland I base my trips on the availability dates for Jerry’s place! Book now, I promise you won’t regret it!

We have stayed in Rebekah’s smaller apartment in the rear of the Farmhouse before. It was lovely. Since we had our adult daughter coming too, we thought the larger unit in the front had more of the space and layout we needed and we were right. It was perfect…an inviting Living Room; two large bedrooms; a large kitchen/Dining area and a modern Full Bathroom with a bonus Washer/Dryer. It is beautifully decorated, well appointed and very clean! We already have two more stays booked since it is close to family/grandchild we visit often. We love it at The Farmhouse!

Great communication with the host! Everything was as described and the property was well kept, clean, and easy to access from the highway. Lots of dining options as well as a grocery store right down the street add to the convenience. Definitely recommend the sandwiches at nearby M&D Deli in downtown Cortland. Patrick provides everything you would need for a comfortable stay. We slept well! Definitely would stay here again if we return to the area! Thank you

What a wonderful retreat! As soon as we walked through the door we felt at home. The home has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. James thought of it all including some treats to welcome us! We went to the local farmer’s market and cooked a great dinner, kayaked, fished and swam in the lake. We didn’t have the best weather to have a campfire but we watched a movie on the huge tv instead. We would definitely stay here again, we loved it so much we didn’t want to leave! Thank you for everything!
