This newly built mountain cottage nestled in the woods has all one needs for a cozy getaway to Western North Carolina. Our property is located next to DuPont State Forest which is so close you can hear the waterfalls from the front door. World class mountain biking/hiking are just half a mile away. Lake Imaging parking lot is 0.5 miles, Hooker Falls is 0.9. It is conveniently located only 20 minutes from both Brevard and Hendersonville where wonderful restaurants and activities can be explored.

We were very fortunate to not suffer any storm damage. We have power, water and wifi. Great option for those displaced, insurance adjusters, emergency teams, etc. Peace and quiet but also be close to downtown Brevard & Hendersonville. Our incredibly clean, 2020 modern farmhouse style home sits on an acre of land with a little creek flowing through the property. The Haven

Lower level apartment with it’s own driveway and entrance. Fantastic location near Dupont State Park and Pisgah National Forest. Set in Little River Valley on a mountain top. Gorgeous views of the mountain range from the living room & the bedroom. Private outdoor seating area to enjoy the views. Please read the house rules prior to booking . Only one pet and four adults or two adults and two children over the age of 12 are suitable for this space.
