160 yr. old farm on 120 acres. This is a rustic living quarters attached to BARN. We are on a well but have a water softener. If you want to experience life on a farm this is it. Peaceful with beautiful surroundings backing up to Camp Chase bike trails. Minutes from all conveniences but surrounded by farmland.. Not suitable for children. Working farm, also have a horse trainer (Brittney) who gives lessons there on the farm. Horses outside your window.
