This unit was completely gutted and redone, so any reviews prior to May 2022 were about the older unit prior to the major remodel. My room was very comfortable and functionally furnished! Having a personal sink in a shared bathroom is a big plus for convenience. The second common bathroom downstairs is a huge peace of mind! Street parking is safe and convenient. Sal and Chelsea are fantastic hosts! They are detailed, considerate, respectful, and very caring of the guests' needs and accommodating of unexpected situations! I hope this place will be available when I return to So Cal next time.
