The cottage is located with shared parking next door to a restaurant that we also own; the best wood fired pizza around! Dogs are welcome, our policy excludes cats. We also have two other units available in this bldg. The Delta Loft and the Delta Nest ! Small one bedroom ground floor apartment. Handicap accessible bathroom. This unit has a Private fenced side yard, a full size sleeper sofa with upgraded mattress in the living room.
