The cottage is located on the edge of the forest in the small village of Lbín - Hlinná in the heart of the Bohemian Uplands, on a fenced plot with a garden, pond and stream. It is rented as a whole house and is suitable for guests looking for peace, privacy and a stay in nature. You will not find the hustle and bustle of the city or the neighboring houses - the place is ideal for a slow pace, rest and quiet. The cottage is located about 5 km from Litoměřice and offers the possibility of trips around the Czech Central Highlands.

The apartment is on the ground floor of the family house, right in the center of Třebenic. Don't look for romantic views from the windows of the surrounding hills, but a well-equipped cozy base for your trips to the surrounding area, with all civic amenities at hand. Shared entrance to the house with the owners, who live with their family on the two upper floors. From the hallway, there is a private entrance to the apartment, from which there is also an entrance to the common garden, on the first floor. Total 65 m2 (bedroom, bathroom, kitchen). Opened in 06.2019. Outdoor seating by the shared pool.

On the meadow below the Ronov hill in the village of Stvolínky you will find our cottage, a former caravan. Come and breathe in the nature, run in the morning dew and in the evening enjoy endless romance under the stars and long contemplation by the fire. During the day you can wander the surrounding trails between the ponds or take a train trip. On the very border of the Kokořínsko Protected Landscape Area and not far from the Bohemian Uplands Protected Landscape Area, you will have a lot of tourist destinations just a stone's throw away.

Hockehof

The old farmhouse refers to the local traditional architecture. The house has a really large land with lots of greenery and fruit trees. The garden has a beautiful view of the hills of Ronov and Vlhošt '. The listed house is located on the village green, but it has an enclosed courtyard, so it offers proper privacy and absolute peace and quiet. There is a stream on the village square and there is a playground. Janovice is a historic village that is still on an oval medieval floor plan and the entire village is a village conservation area.

This gated place is family friendly. Beautiful nature and the possibility of trips. Libochovice Castle and the castle park are the perfect place for walks. Pleasant seating in the backyard. Barbecue, sports, billiards, table football, swimming pool. There are two houses on the property. One small one with two bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom and a separate toilet. In the second house there are 3 bedrooms, a large living room, a kitchen, a children's playroom and a playroom for adults. Two bathrooms and a separate toilet.

Our caravan offers everything you need – in winter you will be warmed by the fireplace, in summer you will enjoy the shade of deciduous trees. If you want, you can participate in our farming life. You will taste fresh goat cheese, prepare homemade eggs for breakfast and go for a walk around Kletečná.

A breathtaking view of the northern Bohemian hills, immersed in the most authentic Czech countryside. A few steps from the woods, our guests can enjoy a private SPA and wellness. From the Jacuzzi they can enjoy the view of the private garden while sipping the wines that we produce ourselves. We also offer a breakfast service (buffet) to be booked at least 2 days in advance or on request (price not included in the cost for accommodation). The breakfast room is located 300 meters from the cottage.
