The space for rent is on the 1st floor. It includes 3 bedrooms, a bathroom/WC, a small balcony and a living room with a bar. For the entrance to the rented space there is an open internal staircase that communicates with the corridor of the ground floor front door.(The owner lives in one of the rooms on the ground floor)
