Lithi is built amphitheatrically, among pines and other lush vegetation, facing the endless blue of the Aegean Sea. Lithi beach is only a 10-minute-walk or a 2-minute-drive away from our complex.

Vessa is a beautiful mastic village, more authentic than the tourist attractions further south. If you want quiet, comfortable stay and good food, I highly recommend it. So is Mrs. Stamatia's house.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay in Isidoros’ lovely house in Armolia. As shown in the pictures, the house is a beautifully restored and decorated stone house, with a fully stocked modern kitchen and a very comfortable bed in the main bedroom. Beyond the house itself, highlights of this property are: 1) its location in the charming little town of Armolia, which is centrally located for accessing popular sights of the south (e.g. the towns of Pyrgi and Mesta, Mavra Volia beach, the Masticha museum etc.) and features a couple of great local restaurants, and 2) the host, Isidoros, who is extremely prompt and polite in all communications, and goes out of his way to be helpful—from leaving kind welcoming gifts, to accommodating last-minute changes when our scheduled ferry got cancelled. We’re looking forward to our next visit!

first of all, we are the host, he was very friendly and caring. He greeted us and took us all the way home. The house showed the interior and amenities one by one, and the house was even a woman's pad. He took it all the way to the grocery store in the village, he gave information about it. The house has a very nice view and is convenient, he left an extra WiFi so that there would be no problem. The village is on the hill, but the road is not difficult, it is a very quiet, quiet place, and it is 25-30 minutes away from the important points by car, everyone we meet in the village immediately salutes and smiles. The house has a small balcony, but the view is perfect, the house is very cool, but there is still air conditioning, we did not use it, we just turned on the fan at noon very hot. In addition, the kind gift of our host when we left made us happy. There are two local restaurants in the village, the food of both (especially squid) was very nice, it should definitely be tried. When we come to Chios again, we will come here without thinking. It was a very comfortable,very relaxing holiday.

Georges instructions were amongst the clearest I've ever been given on AirBnB. The apartment was perfectly located one block from the square. The three restaurants in town were all amazing. We only had one minor issue (inconsistent water pressure), and he contacted someone in the village to resolve it that night, and then a plumber to double check all is working well. Our baby was unwell, so we couldn't do all of the trails, but what we did do was great. George made sure to offer any assistance with the hospital, and with any translations or pharmacy pickups.

A spacious terrace offers a round glass table surrounded by four chairs, accompanying a wine cooler. The sunset casts warm hues across the sky, reflecting on the tranquil sea below. The view includes distant islands and lush greenery framing the coastline.
