We had a fantastic week in Zakynthos. This beautiful spacious villa, centrally located on the island, is a great location to explore the whole island. Enjoy the tranquility and privacy by the pool and relax in the spacious rooms with neat bathrooms. In the kitchen there is enough to prepare good meals. Highly recommended!

Had an absolutely amazing stay at Harry’s. The home was beautiful with plenty of space. Although we could’ve just stayed at the pool and enjoyed the views, the location was perfectly in the middle of all our planned activities. Harry was great with recommendations and so helpful! Had a great stay at Euphoria Hill Villa. Dionisis was very helpful throughout, always on hand if needed. The villa itself is beautiful, amazing views and completely private/peaceful. I would highly recommend booking this property!

I truly feel blessed to have had the luck to host one of the most important events of my life in one of the most beautiful villas in Zakynthos. At first, I just wanted a simple travel wedding like a small place to hold the ceremony. But when I arrived here, the professionalism of Dion’s team and the patience of the guides made me feel that this trip was absolutely worth it.The scenery and well equipped facilities speak for themselves. There are also delicious restaurants nearby, places to visit olive groves, and it’s very convenient to drive around and enjoy the sea views. What’s even more impressive is that every detail of this villa is carefully looked after not just by Dion’s team but even by the cleaning staff. Believe me, if you choose to vacation or hold an event here, what you’ll have is not just a place, but a whole experience full of thoughtful and heartwarming service. The villa has everything you need and more, the views, pool and privacy are great. The host is friendly and very responsive and made is feel at home. We would recommend this villa to couples and families who are looking for a quite stay near villages, restaurants etc.

What a stay, I enjoyed both all the accommodations and the kindness of the host. Accessibility is good as well as the clean character of the villa, the clean was very good. Delicious! Too bad the villa can't be found on Google maps, which sometimes causes confusion, otherwise great!

We had an amazing stay at the Villa! The hosts were exceptional, allowing flexible check in and check out. The Villa had all of the amenities that we needed - we loved the private pool! It was very clean.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay at Villa Despina. Jason was very helpful showing us the home which is spectacular. We enjoyed the view and solitude and the kids loved swimming in the pool each day. The house was very clean and Pandelis and crew cleaned the pool every day and provided clean pool towels. We appreciated the food and drinks provided on our arrival. The only things I would recommend are: 1. Ask for instructions on how the stovetop works as it was rather fiddly. 2. An elevated 4 wheel drive is a must as a low car would have difficulty getting up the road to the house. Thank you Panayiotis, Jason and Pandelis for a wonderful stay.

Our host Chris is wonderful. He and his wife were very friendly. U could see that they really prioritised us feeling like home. If you are a family with kids this is a great house to stay. No stairs and a big area to play in. Even toys for our daughter was available. House is very clean and has a modern design. We truly loved everything’s and will definitely come again .

AMAZING VILLA! Would 10/10 stay again and recommend! Hosts were very friendly and always helpful, as a large group of 8 we had no issues. The villa is a little far from the main strips but the villa itself is absolutely great and lives up to the pictures shown! Definitely will book again!

Spyros responds very quickly with his business partner. When I texted, 1 or both responded within a minute. Everything was clear and were open to questions regarding activities. The pre-arrival emails with suggestions for activities and restaurants have made our vacation even better! Price-quality ratio is gold and I would book with Spyros again in a heartbeat. We had a great holiday with our family, including our 2 year old grandson. The setting is lovely - surrounded by olive groves and very secluded. There is other accommodation nearby, but we weren't really aware of it. It's a short walk into the village, with a few shops and restaurants, and a very short walk to the beach, which, when we were there in late May, was very quiet. The beach was sheltered and ideal for children. There were beach bars and sunbeds nearby. The garden and the pool were lovely - the pool was beautifully cleaned every day. The house was cleaned twice during our stay to a high standard. The house itself was very comfortable, well equipped and had everything we needed. We enjoyed using the gas barbecue. Helen and Spyros were very quick to respond to any queries that we had and to help us deal with a couple of minor problems. They were very helpful and provided a travel cot, high chair, baby bath and baby monitor. They provided a bespoke welcome pack.

We had a wonderful stay - a group of 4 plus a toddler. The space is great, very functional especially with a little one, and beautiful spots to sit and eat either looking over the stunning ocean, or under the olive trees in the yard. The hosts were very accommodating and friendly, good communication, and were flexible with check in/out time. There was housekeeping included every couple of days which was an unexpected treat. We swam at the beach down the hill every day - it was beautiful and quiet. Highly recommend.

I’ve been renting on Airbnb for about a decade now, and this is one of the greatest places I’ve ever stayed yet. It’s such a good value for the privacy, beautiful furnishings, and amazing backyard with that view. Spyridoula is impeccable at her job without ever seeming overbearing. She had the most thoughtful gifts for us and was able to answer any questions or tackle our requests easily. We loved the massages she arranged for us so much that we asked her to schedule another round, which she was able to accommodate no problem. While it was just two of us, this place can easily fit 8 comfortably. Waking up each morning in the room with the panoramic windows was magical. The housekeeping and grounds staff were discreet and did their work flawlessly. Every taverna we tried nearby was delicious (highly recommend Dopia’s for homestyle food and Da Camillo for pizza). This villa with such a high level of service and comfort was the highlight of our honeymoon- thank you again!

This place was INCREDIBLE. We can't say enough good things about the house and the host. House: The place was immaculate. They've done a beautiful job in the design of the place. There are endless spaces to relax, enjoy the views, and lounge comfortably. The beds and couches were cozy and the views are spectacular. The Location: The house is located on the quieter side of the island and was exactly what we wanted for our relaxing vacation. It was a short drive to half a dozen or more stunning and non-crowded beaches and lots of delicious and charming restaurants. Renting a car is a must and will make exploring the area much easier. The Host: George is the best. He's very responsive and went above and beyond in making our stay comfortable. He even baked us fresh cookies for our arrival. What a gem. Recos: Our favorite restaurants (all a 2 minute drive from the house): Nobelos, Skinos, The Old Windmill Favorite Beach: Wolf Rocks Beach Stop reading this and book the place!

Everything was smooth and perfect. The view was crazy, the terrace is exceptional. Good location, parking facilities 10/10.

It was an amazing stay, worth it. House was very nice and especially the pool and garden were amazing. Good if you want a nice place to enjoy outside. Inside its clean and modern. Host was reacting fast and helped us with lots of good restaurants.

We added this Villa as an mid week break from our AI hotel, very glad we did as it got us away from the British area the hotel was in, The place is outstanding and the views are amazing. The local supermarket was lovely to deal with, the chicken, sausages and feta was outstanding. The lady of the shop was very helpfully with areas to visit. There is amazing restaurant up the hill, food outstanding, view lush and they make their own wine that was amazing. You must look inside the local church and monastery. It was only two of us so the place was oversized for us but I loved every room. Outside pool is clean, gets sun all day, amazing view and no one overlooking you. Kitchen had everything we need to cook. Tv room downstairs and upstairs you can get Netflix, YouTube and link your phone to it for music. Bed we used was perfect. I did think the owner would have left bottle of his own wine, then if liked we would have got more. Amazing place

We’ve had an amazing family holiday at Villa Verde and EVERYTHING about it exceeded our expectations. Dimitris met us on arrival for a quick tour of the villa and outside areas. The Villa itself has everything you could want and more. It is comfortable, modern and clean. We were welcomed with a beautiful fruit platter, fresh bread, milk, water and lots of pantry items. The outside area is absolutely stunning - the beautifully planted areas, outdoor BBQ, dining area and the views are spectacular. The pool was cleaned daily for us, very early and we weren’t disturbed. The villa was cleaned mid week with bedding and towels changed. We had some lovely food at Amoudi Restaurant and Rua Mat, both recommended by Dimitris. Dimitris was attentive and checked in on us via messaging a few times to check we had everything we wanted. We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Villa Verde if you are looking for a peaceful, high end haven all to yourselves. We would love to return one day.
