Melinda was a great host – very kind, responsive and helpful via text. The apartment is a lovely, immaculate retreat in a quiet neighborhood. Stay instructions were very clear, the bed was very comfortable and the restaurants/area sites recommendations were appreciated. The unit is on two floors which might make a difference to some people. Would definitely stay here again!

Cute unit with a screened porch and lovely garden, close to great restaurants and town center. Hosts are very responsive and went above and beyond to accommodate early check-in.

Took a getaway to Martin's cottage for a long weekend and could not have been happier. It was immaculately clean and the hot tub was ab amazing way to relax. I look forward to being back.
