Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. A rural detached villa near forest and nature. Spacious house on two floors with sleeping accommodations for 8 people divided into 4 bedrooms. Two of the rooms have a double bed and the possibility to close the door. The other two are separated from the living room. Floor 1 has a bathroom with shower and separate shower in the laundry room. Floor 2 has its own toilet. Well-equipped kitchen with entrance to separate cold pantry. High chair and play corner.

The newly built small guest house is located on Birka Strand in Ås, about 10 km outside Östersund. The view is beyond the ordinary with a view of the big lake and Oviksfjällen.
