Newly renovated and tastefully decorated apartment in a turn-of-the-century house. Here you have proximity to the city, beautiful nature trails, ice rink, ski trails on the lake. 10 minutes drive to the airport and 2.5 km into the city center by car, bike or nice walking paths. There is an additional cost for electric car charging (type 2 contact 16A), towels and bed linens. Cleaning is done by the tenant before check-out. Cleaning equipment is available. Permanent resident host family lives upstairs but has a separate entrance. Welcome.

Up to 8 people. In this beautiful, design-drawn lake house, you can enjoy Jämtland's nature completely undisturbed. Relax, dive into the lake or why not put on cross-country skis outside the door in the winter? When Storsjön roars, you can light the fire & look out through the panoramic windows & enjoy Oviksfjällen on the horizon. Approximately 20 minutes from Östersund & about 1 hour to Årefjällen or Bydalsfjällen. Made beds, towels & coffee can already be found in the house. (Car required) Interested in more service from us? Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. A rural detached villa near forest and nature. Spacious house on two floors with sleeping accommodations for 8 people divided into 4 bedrooms. Two of the rooms have a double bed and the possibility to close the door. The other two are separated from the living room. Floor 1 has a bathroom with shower and separate shower in the laundry room. Floor 2 has its own toilet. Well-equipped kitchen with entrance to separate cold pantry. High chair and play corner.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. View of the mountains, idyllic nature. Located 30 minutes north of Östersund. Proximity to the lake and Hårkan. Hårkan is a river and is known as one of the best fishing rivers in Sweden – especially for fly fishing. Seven minutes to an ICA store that is open 24 hours a day, charging stations. Lits camping is 14 minutes away. There is a beach, playground and canoe rental. The accommodation has a double bed, a sofa bed and bunk bed with room for 3 people.

Here you are close to beautiful nature trails, golf course and attractions such as Peterson-Bergers Sommarhagen and Frösö Park SPA. It is a 7-minute drive to Åre Östersund Airport and 7 km into Östersund city center. Good bus connections are available with lines 3 and 4. The bus stop is only 100 meters from the apartment and ICA is 2.5 km away at Valla Centrum.

Something happens to us when we take the time to just be. To live the little primitive life for a while without having to thumb on all the comforts. To let go of everyday life, put down the cell phone and let yourself be spoiled by what is around. Light a fire, paddle a canoe, look out over the water's edge from the edge of the bed, where even the beavers can swim by sometimes, brew coffee and cook over an open fire. The bed is made when you arrive. May - Aug (possibly Sept) A warm welcome!

Sängplatser: sovloft 140 cm bredd och bäddsoffa 140 cm bredd = 4 sängplatser totalt. Tillhörande bäddmadrasser ger sköna sängar. Litet badrum med dusch, toalett och handfat. Matbord och fyra stolar. Stor uteplats i söderläge med bord och 4 stolar. Mindre men välutrustat kök med spis, kylskåp, micro och ugn. Utegrill. WIFI. Sängkläder och handdukar ingår.

There is also a wide range of activities in the area. The cottage has lake views, fishing, forest, mountain hiking and swimming opportunities around the house. The cottage is cozily decorated with all the amenities you might need. There is a fireplace that makes the cottage, if possible, even cozier. Wi-Fi is available.

2 room appartment 20 min from Östersund city.

Come and live in an own appartment in a house from the 19th century. It has one bedroom, kitchen, livingroom, bathroom and own entrance. We have beds for 4 persons but extrabeds can be provided. It is located in Lit about 20 km north of Östersund with a 3 min walk to busses directly to Östersund's Arena and Östersund city. By car it is a 20 min ride. Sheets and bath towels can be rented.
