Beautiful half-timbered house, in a separate wing on Vigegården at Vigehavn in Svaneke. The house is a few minutes' walk from Svaneke center and just a few steps from the Klippestien and overlooks Vigehavn. The house contains three bedrooms, one of which has two built-in junior beds - however, two single beds can be placed instead. The house is in good condition and offers a kitchen-living room, living room, bathroom and private south-facing terrace. There is good insulation, district heating and a wood-burning stove and is therefore rented out all year round.

The house is elevated above Listed (Svaneke), 1 minute walk from the bathing ladder on the harbor and 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beach "Høl". The house is secluded and with a great view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Christians Ø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is suitable for winter stays. The house is hypoallergenic and no pets allowed. The stay does not include bed linens, towels, etc., but these can be ordered well in advance for DKK 200 per person.

Aarsdale: Unique annex 100 meters from the sea

Super cozy, small independent annex with access to lovely courtyard in Årsdale - a small fishing village 3.5 km south of Svaneke. 25 sqm secluded home furnished with flea finds. The annex has both its own kitchen and bathroom. It is located just 100 meters from the sea, the harbor, the cliffs, a small beach, a smokehouse and Mikkeller's cafe. Hiking trails to Svaneke and Nexø right from the house. Plenty of opportunities for exciting excursions in the area and a morning dip from the cliffs. We live in the main house - and love our place <3

Relax in our unique Glass House. Enjoy the view of the fields and feel nature up close. Relax on the terrace and enjoy the evening in bed directly under the stars. The glass house is located 5-10 minutes by bike from the city, and 2 minutes from Brændegårdshaven. The house is for you who want a unique experience rather than luxury. There are duvets, but you must bring your own sheets and covers. The house is located about 50m from our other rental "The Pink Camper" and there is a shared camping toilet, campfire - but no bath.

Studio apartment near Svaneke - 80 m from sea

You will stay in the idyllic fishing village Listed, approx. 2 km from Svaneke. You can have a look at the Baltic Sea, wich is only approx. 50-80 meters away. From this apartment you can experience the real Bornholm with the beautiful nature and the good restaurants. The apartment is located right on the Bornholm coastal route, where there are good bus connections to the rest of the island. The apartment itself, which is 42 m2 , can be used both by the couple or by the family with 2-3 children.

The house is located 1 min. walk away from one of Denmark's best sand beaches, that you usually will have all to yourself. Grocery shopping is 6 minutes away. The area has beautiful nature trails, where you won’t meet many people. The home has 3 bedrooms, a conservatory, a bathroom and a big kitchen area. Besides that there is also a large terrace.

Holiday apartment close to the harbor and center in Svaneke

Apartment in the heart of Svaneke. The sea, the harbor (with bathing facilities), the square, the restaurants are within walking distance. There is a bedroom with two beds, a living room with a sofa bed and a bathroom. There is a kitchenette with a fridge, kitchen sink, microwave, air fryer, coffee maker and electric kettle. Please note that there is no stove and hood. But there are good restaurants and take-aways nearby. The rent includes bed linen, towels, tea towels and internet.

Der er adgang til fælles toilet og bad samt veludstyret køkken med gaskomfur, ovn, opvaskemaskine og hylde i køleskabet /skuffe i fryseren.

Nearest supermarket is in Nexø town 2,2Km away or in idyllic Snogebæk 2,5 km away. Tiny home includes: Shower, indoor toilet, small kitchen with cookers microwave, small oven, washing machine and Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels included too. A cot for a child up to the age of 3 years can be provided at extra cost

Minnas Stue has everything you need. The sun-drenched apartment is comfortably and cozily furnished. The kitchen is well equipped. The shower room, which has underfloor heating and a toilet, is located on the lower level and also has a large window overlooking the garden and the sea. From the entire apartment, you have a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea and the large garden. Everywhere in the garden there are beautiful places where you can linger.

In our 10,000 m2 park-like garden, you will always find a corner where you can retreat and relax, while the children play in the landscape around the Gyldens Creek and the forest. Gyldensgård is located on a hilly ground and our apartments are therefore not suitable for people with difficulty and wheelchairs.
