The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Le logement est situé à pied à : -30 secondes des transports en commun et commerces. -15 min de la gare part-dieu/navette directe pour l'aéroport. -3 min du parc de la tête d'or poumon de la ville. -Cuisine entièrement équipée avec couteaux qui coupent :) -Quartier avec les meilleurs bars/restaurants/night-club de Lyon.

Renovated studio in the former Château des Tours

Venez vous détendre dans ce studio de l’ancien Château des Tours, entre Lyon et le Beaujolais vous ne manquerez pas d’activités et de balades. Merci de lire la description complète. En réservant vous vous engagez à ne pas reprocher ensuite l’absence d’équipements (alors que c’était inscrit). Logement non-fumeur, même à la fenêtre. Come and stay in a loft in the former home of the Lissilois lords! It has a comfortable living room with its majestic fireplace, a dining room with beautiful ceiling height, an equipped kitchen and a mezzanine bedroom. Reading by the fire, walks in the idyllic setting of the estate, breakfasts on the terrace, visits to the Beaujolais cellars, enjoy this 18th century gem! The loft has a separate entrance, the owners live above.

"Palettes" house: a small duplex to welcome you, with a very functional kitchen (oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher...). A staircase starts from the "entrance of the artists", then upstairs, we are in the "Suzanne Valladon" room, a painter who lived not far from here. Where art and art of living meet in a cozy atmosphere! Breakfast is offered with homemade products, fresh orange juice, included in the price.

Maison Couzon in Mont d'Or

15 minutes from Lyon, in the Monts d'Or, we offer a house adjoining our house in which we live. You will have independent access. The house consists of a room on the ground floor with kitchenette, a master bedroom on the 1st floor, and a separate toilet, a children's bedroom (3 single beds) and a bathroom with toilet on the 2nd floor. Your vehicle can park inside the property. The house is very quiet and bright.
