Gorgeous Byron Cottage

Enjoy the large, outdoor covered rear deck with a kitchen and BBQ. This cottage has plenty of charm along with modern comforts, including fully equipped kitchen, and an outdoor shower. This home is perfect for families. Approximately 10 mins walk to centre of town and 15 mins to main beach via main rd through Byron. The cottage has three bedrooms, ensuite, and bathroom. It is located a short stroll to town and beach, with a luscious green lawn gardens and off street parking. The home opens to a large covered rear deck which takes advantage of the northern aspect with the BBQ outdoor kitchen area off the fully equipped kitchen. No need for a car once you arrive - Jonson Street shops, restaurants, cafes and beach are simply a stroll away. The home is NOT available as a 'party house' and is non-smoking property. Maximum six (6) people please. - 3 Bedrooms, master with ensuite ( 1 King, 1 Queen and 1 Twin room) all with TV - All linen and towels supplied - Ceiling fans to all rooms - Reverse cycle air conditioning to all bedrooms - 2 bathrooms 2 toilets, including ensuite - Sunroom with daybed - Port-a-cot with linen and high chair available on request - Off street parking for 3 cars with rear lane access - Fully equipped kitchen, gas hotplates, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, etc. - Laundry, Washing Machine, Clothes Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board - Indoor and outdoor dining areas - North facing covered rear deck - Outdoor cold shower - Outdoor BBQ plus gas bottle - Outdoor lounge, table and chairs Florence has everything to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable, so come and relax and enjoy the many sights, tastes and entertainment on offer in Byron Bay. Byron Bay is Australia's most easterly point and offers beautiful views from the lighthouse, which is surrounded by National Park. The beaches run to both the north and south. The main beach is patrolled and a short walk from the cottage. Driving from Sydney takes approximately 10hrs, or 2hrs from Brisbane. There are many airport shuttle bus services available from Brisbane, Gold Coast or Ballina-Byron Bay which will pick you up and drop you off to the cottage. Once you arrive, the cottage is walking distance to everywhere in town. In the event you don't have a car there are also taxi's available or you may hire a car Special condition Easter and Christmas week Minimum 5 day stay If it is 'SCHOOLIES WEEK' the answer will be NO SORRY.
