Georgian charm near Lough Corrib and Connemara

Staying at Tom (and Mark's) home was an absolute highlight of our trip to Ireland. From the moment we arrived, Tom welcomed us with warmth and kindness (and Whiskey!), making us feel right at home. He is not only the sweetest man but also an exceptional host and conversationalist, with stories and recommendations that made our stay even more memorable. The atmosphere in his home is authentic and truly magical, capturing the essence of Ireland perfectly. And the breakfasts—wow! Each morning, we were treated to delicious, homemade meals and French press coffee that set the perfect tone for our day. Tom's hospitality made our trip to Ireland truly unforgettable. Highly recommend!

Mary was a wonderful host! Beautiful surroundings everything was clean and peaceful great atmosphere. She had a lot of recommendations for things to do around the area in case you didn’t plan ahead. She is also very friendly and she has a wonderful dog. We will definitely come back and stay another time when we come back.

Frank's cottage (double room & light breakfast!)

We would love to give 6 out of 5 stars. Linda is an emphatic host and helps with everything you need, incl. Tips for the area. You feel welcome and feel at home. The accommodation and interior are functionally thought out (including a great shower!) and we felt as comfortable as we could wish. Thank you Linda, it was wonderful and it was a pity that it was only two nights that we could spend with you. We highly recommend both the host and the accommodation.

Nice stay in Cong! Both the bedroom and bathroom were very clean, spacious, and homey. Mairead was very friendly/helpful as she gave us a lot of recommendations as we checked in and out. We could hear through the walls a little but that is to be expected as you are in the back half of their home. Would recommend to others going to Cong.

Single room to let in Clonbur (room #5) Guadalupe

I wanted to stay in Conamara Gaeltacht to practice speaking Irish language. I was lucky to meet Michael, who greeted me in Irish and then checked me in, discussed the town and things to do, all in our native tongue! I was delighted. He recommended a local music session with a few native speakers who turned up. So I got a local insight also. Breakfast the next day was delicious and relaxed. I had award winning marmalade and lime marmalade too. An blásta! Go raibh míle maith agat Mícheál a chara as do cineálta. Feicfidh mé arís thú!
