Spacious Double Room in Bangor

AidenRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had an incredible time staying with Hamza! This Airbnb felt like more of a homestay rather than a place to sleep which we absolutely loved. Hamza is such a lovely guy who picked us up from the train station, cooked us dinner and even drove us around to show us the main highlights of Bangor which we absolutely loved. We couldn’t be more thankful and appreciative for everything he did for us and making us feel home! About the room, it is super clean and the access to the kitchen to cook your own meals was great and the bathroom was also clean with good shower pressure. The location is great when exploring the area and it is only 30 minutes by train to Belfast! Overall we would highly recommend anyone to stay here, you won’t regret it!
A light-filled living area features a grey sofa and two armchairs, inviting relaxation. A wall-mounted television displays the Netflix logo, and a small table with a green plant adds a touch of nature. Large windows offer views to the outside.

The hosts thought of everything to ensure my stay was comfortable and relaxing, I cannot think of anything else I would have needed. It was home from home. It was the perfect spot for a stay with all amenities close by and the most amazing views over the bay. Thank you both, I will definitely be back 🥰

Private Bedroom + Private Bathroom at City Quays

AlisonRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Chiara was a really brilliant host. She was great to communicate with and really helpful- not least making sure I had something to have for breakfast and some excellent food recommendations. The apartment was spotless and the room and bathroom suited my needs perfectly. It's a well situated location for the Cathedral Quarter and walking over to the Titanic Exhibition etc (about 25 mins) along the river. Staying with Chiara definitely added to my Belfast experience!

Julie’s place was perfect for my stay! As a first timer in Northern Ireland she made me feel very welcome and was always chatty and friendly. Her house was very cosy and tidy, it was easy to find and had plenty of parking! Bradley, the blue staffy, was so well behaved and I loved having him for company when cooking. Would absolutely recommend booking with Julie.

I had a nice time while staying, it was easy to check in and I got treated kindly. I appreciated how the bathroom was always clean and despite being near the railway it didn't bother me at night, I had a good sleep, and I could feel the privacy in my room. Thank you for having me!

Quiet & luxurious 2 bed house with parking

GerardRating, 5 stars57 months ago
First off, the hosts are outstanding. Heather mostly deals with things and is so helpful and welcoming - she really is determined to make sure guests have a wonderful stay. Johnston and James are great, too, when you meet them. Their experience as Airbnb hosts from other properties, and their genuine desire to ensure you have a great stay, puts them in that league of fantastic hosts – I’m sure they’ll have superhost status before long. They couldn’t be more accommodating and welcoming. It can be hard when looking at a map of a strange place to know where to stay. Well, I know Belfast, and this is a great place to stay. It's a quiet street with few houses and no through road, but it's right beside Finaghy crossroads which has a few takeaways and coffee shops and a little bit of life about it. It's a quiet area but at the top of the street is a bus stop which will take you directly into Belfast city centre in about 15 minutes (depending on traffic). It's a great place to live, and that makes it a great place to stay. The house itself is great. They’ve recently done the whole place up, but have managed to maintain a traditional feel to it, making it a very comfortable place to stay, with a lot of character. It's set up to be a home away from home. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans and all manner of kitchen utensils, which means a family could easily cook meals every day. There's an Iceland and Co-op nearby to get some basics, and Tesco Metro is about a 10-15 minute walk away. If you have a car you wouldn't have far to drive to get to Lidl and Asda, and there's parking for your car at Heather's place. And there’s a few binders of information about where to go and what to do on your visit, although I’d much rather just ask Heather 😊 I could go on and on but the main point is that this is a great place to stay with incredibly accommodating hosts – it’s a home away from home and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend my own family to stay here. I won’t look for anywhere else when I’m in Belfast.

Sarsa Cottage ( Ballynahinch )

CatherineRating, 5 stars9 months ago
My husband and I had a lovely stay at Sarsa Cottage. It was conveniently located for a wedding we were attending and was great to have somewhere so peaceful to return to after. Gary was a great host and had included so many thoughtful touches to the accommodation also, from the lovely bathroom toiletries, to the well stocked breakfast basket and chocolates. We'd highly recommend a stay at Sarsa Cottage.

Michael's place is like a quaint place away from the hustles of city centre, though being in the walking distance from it. The place was really good and the sunroof panels in the attic terrace gives you a pristine feeling while its raining. Absolutely loved the place for our brief stay in Belfast and will make sure to be back soon.

The Sherby Suite, seaside hideaway in Newcastle

ElaineRating, 5 stars2 days ago
Lovely apartment in Newcastle, short walk into town and close to Ohare’s bar and restaurant which was lovely for food. Apartment was baby friendly with a cot, high chair provided along with the added bonus of toys, books and Lego which kept our little ones entertained. The apartment had everything you needed, the lift was broken which was tough as we had to take lots of baby supplies with us and it’s on the top floor, but it felt like home away from home and apartment had a fab view of the mountains and a lovely balcony for a cuppa in the morning, would love to stay again.
