We walked to the location by foot. It was a bit hard to find because we were new to the area (and tired from the train ride… and the pouring rain didn’t help), but once we got our bearings we realized the photo of the front door provided by the hosts was actually the door right beside us. We entered the code given and opened the door to a lovely reception from Ian at the desk. He gave us all the details about the place…breakfast, snacks throughout the, other tidbits….and then showed us to the room. The room, accessed by a winding staircase was on the first level…huge big bathroom, very comfy bed and peaceful. Breakfasts were perfect and gave us a fresh start to the day. Staff were wonderful….kind and thoughtful. Neighbourhood was residential but so so close to the hustle and bustle of busier areas. Would highly recommend.

Amazing boutique hotel in the heart of Lisbon. Our bedroom had a real spa and luxury feel to it and was filled with lots of lovely Rituals products in the bathroom. There was also free water in the room, Netflix on the TV, a big comfy bed, and in general it was super, super clean. The staff who greeted us were so lovely too, and even helped with our bags! I wish we could have stayed longer.

Bica's place comfortable and cozy we felt right at home! The location is superb with everything in walking distance. Claudia was my contact person and she was very responsive, helpful, and there was even a bottle of sparkling wine to welcome us! We enjoyed our stay and plan to return in the future.

The location is very walkable to the Praça do Comércio, Lisbon Cathedral and the Castle of San Jorge. The room has great storage for an extended stay and very comfortable accommodations. The included breakfast is fantastic! We definitely recommend!

The hotel is centrally located, from where you can get to the nearest bus stop, metro, bar or restaurant very quickly. We really appreciated the staff as they went out of their way and were very friendly. There was a good selection at breakfast. The room was extremely well maintained, spacious and in a quiet location. Thank you!

Sin duda una gran elección. Tanto la propietaria del hotel como el personal han sido super atentos y amables. Las habitaciones están muy bien, modernas y limpias. Se encuentra en una zona céntrica desde la que puedes visitar todo a pie. Hay parkings privados a unos 300-500 metros. Y además admiten mascotas. Sin duda alguna muy recomendable!!!

Had an amazing stay at the Estoril Luxury Suites and Spa, Fabio was an incredible host, he was really flexible with check in and check out and helpful across the board. His staff were amazing and the included breakfast was comprehensive and private. If you had a car it is very easy to travel around to all the local hotspots of Estoril, Cascais, Sintra and even Lisbon. Would highly reccomend staying here as it was honestly a perfect experience in Portugal.

The property manager,chef and do everything wonderful person Armee is the real reason this boutique hotel is wonderful. She did doing a fabulous job making you feel like a family member from the get-go. The grounds are relaxing with a wonderful pool and space to reconnect with nature. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back again and stay. Sintra is a beautiful little town with loads of things to do if you enjoy history.

The team of the Green Chalet are lovely, friendly and so nice! We came before check-in and without problem dropped our luggage off and just go walking, same after checked-out. Thanks for this opportunity not worries about luggage! The bar with breakfast is good tasting and beautiful place. I think it’s the most beautiful chalet in Sintra!

Wir wurden nett empfangen und haben gleich beim Check-In jede Menge Infos zu den Must-Sees in Sintra bekommen. Das hat uns bei der Planung unseres kurzen Aufenthalts sehr geholfen. Das Frühstück hat keinen Wunsch offen gelassen und die Zimmer sind wirklich schön eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer war super modern. Alles in allem eine tolle Unterkunft die wir ohne Abstriche weiterempfehlen können 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Ideally located and beautiful grounds. I fortunately there was a bad storm and the Pena palace, Moorish castle both closed. But if they were open, the house was within walking distance to both. The Regaleira was open and also walking distance. Parking easy at the house. Eggs made to order at breakfast along with pastries.

We had a great time, staff was super friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the comfy beds, the beautiful surroundings, the pool, the fruit trees. Food was excellent, place was very clean. Would definitely book again. Thank you!

Nice clean place right in the middle of everything. Good quick breakfast. Safe and secure. Ok to leave luggage there after checkout. Difficult to drive car to down one way alley. Be prepared to jump out if traffic behind. Be prepared to park your car at nearby train station.

Beautiful and charming house with garden and ofcourse swimming pool with views. I stayed two nights and regretted not booking an extra night. Armie is very kind and welcoming - I will be back
