It offers an authentic atmosphere, a fireplace with free wood, and peaceful stillness right by the Kvačianska dolina valley. There is a barn with seating, games, and a grill, as well as a cellar bar. You can sit and enjoy a glass of wine, play board games, have some grilled meat, or cook a goulash. In summer, sheep graze nearby, and trout swim in the pond. Apartment No. 17.2 is located in the newly built Tri vody complex in the village of Demänovská dolina and is a great choice for those looking for fun, relaxation, recreation and sports. The layout of the apartment is an entrance hall, a kitchen with a living room with a fireplace where there is a sofa bed, a separate room with two single beds. In the lower part of the apartment there is a bathroom and a room with a double bed, the added value of which is also its own bathroom. Parking next to the house is for 1 car (marked 17.2).

The studio includes one bedroom with 4 beds, one kitchen, bathroom with shower and one TV room with dining table and sofa (also suitable for sleeping)

Bedroom 1 - furnished with wooden double bed and closet, a baby bed.
