It consists of independent hallway, bedroom, independent kitchen, toilet and bathroom with shower, bathtub and washing machine. The kitchen has an electric oven with a stovetop, a refrigerator, and a kettle. Heating is electric. Parking is possible in front of the house or in the courtyard. Near the house natural thermal swimming pool, Old castle Liptov (Sielnický castle), Spa Lúčky, Aquapark Bešeňová, dam Liptovská Mara.
