Komm an in dem schönen Haus mit Garten und einer Terrasse. Die 130qm teilen sich auf in: - vier Schlafzimmer (bis zu acht Schlafplätze) - zwei Bäder plus Gäste-WC - Küche - Wohnzimmer mit Blick in den Garten und Zugang auf die Terrasse. 
 Keller ist vorhanden mit Waschmaschine. Bei Belegung mit bis zu sechs Personen stehen nur drei Schlafzimmer und nur eins der zwei Badezimmer + Gäste WC zur Verfügung. Ab sieben Personen bieten wir vier Schlafzimmer plus zwei Badezimmer + Gäste WC.

Vacation home in Lippstadt-City

Very central downtown location but in a quiet cul-de-sac. It really is only a 2-4 minute walk to the city or the green corner. The apartment is very bright and spacious with balcony and parking space as well as bedroom with TV. Also about 350 m to the Hella and about 500 m to the train station. There is a Tassimo coffee machine with capsules. A separate crib is not provided. But there is a high chair. Booking from 2 nights possible. Smoking allowed, but only on balcony.

Great for a short trip or as a starting point for many great things in the area.

NEW: Right next to "Mono" is another house, "Nest in the Forest." You can also visit. Or both… “Mono” is a trailer that was converted decades ago. In the course of a complete renovation, it received a timber frame skeleton all around in 2020 (new roof, new insulation, etc.) and thus a first floor. Size: 3.20 by 13 meters. It is called "Mono" because its exterior, like every room inside, is mainly determined by one color.

Welcome to our stylish flat in the heart of Lippstadt. Our centrally located accommodation is situated in a historic building dating back to 1906. It is just a 5-minute walk from the railway station. The mezzanine flat has two rooms totalling 36 m², a kitchenette and a shower room. The location allows you to explore Lippstadt's sights, shopping facilities and local recreation areas on foot.

"Tiny House" approx. 60 sqm (!) + garden, cozy, close to the city

Known from the local press! See article in pictures! I offer my small (60 sqm living space + 30 sqm terrace + 1,000 sqm garden) but fine home. Wishes for the stay? Call me.
