Red House

This cottage built in 2025 in American style is really special. It is located directly on a pond in which, in addition to koi carp, many birds are active. The toilet-shower building is right next to it but is a separate building, which is nice if you are with several guests. Shower water is electrically heated. Heating and cooling are provided by a heat pump. The large panoramic window offers not only a magnificent view of the pond but also the countryside around it.

A few larger animals are soon to move into our 7000 sqm former small farm. The bees already live here and produce the delicious linden blossom honey. Behind the house you can quickly get to the forest and the fields. Upstairs in the house is a large, bright room with two beds as well as 2 desks for relaxed work. Downstairs is a large kitchen-living room with access to the garden – orchard/vegetable garden as well as the other bedroom.

A large property with a wooden and brick cottage, offering a unique atmosphere near the forest. There is a pond with a dock directly next to the house. There is a boat and free wood for the fireplace and fire pit. Within 10 km there is a swimming pool with saunas, 12 km from the house there is one of the most beautiful golf courses in Europe - Modry Las. One cottage (wooden or brick) can be rented.

Banana House – a holiday home in an idyllic location. Direct access to the beautiful, large Lake Myśliborskie. A private road separates the house from the lake, approximately 60 meters away. The house is surrounded by banana plants, palm trees, and Amazonian trees. For an additional fee, we also offer: - Hot tub: 250 PLN/€60 - Sauna: 220 PLN/€50 (one-time use for cooling off)
