It was a very nice stay at Bela's apartment. She is a friendly and helpful host and we felt very comfortable. The property is centrally located, everything is easily accessible on foot

A very friendly hostess,the apartment was spacious, there was the possibility to sit privately in the garden. Brigitte's house is located in the middle of the countryside and is very quiet, the apartment is in the basement, which did not bother us, as we were on the road all day anyway and the apartment was pleasantly cool as a result during the heat, and in the evening we were able to enjoy the garden. I can only recommend the apartment!

We were super satisfied, very clean! The host was super quick in responding and pointed out things to us beforehand. We only had problems finding the right door, but a dear neighbor helped us right away. We'll be back for sure 😊

Excellently located apartment with lots of space directly on the Hauptplatz, a stone's throw from the tram stop. Incredibly central. Lots of nice art, paintings and furniture in the apartment, a kitchen with 2 separate bathrooms. Just to note, the wifi was not strong enough for me to work at the kitchen table so I had to work in the bedroom where there is no desk. Overall an excellent apartment!

Great location on the edge of the old town right on the Danube! It was a great stay!

Thanks for the stay, even if it was only short. Close to the Danube for walks and accessible by tram. The studio has everything you need and more. I slept wonderfully and felt very comfortable. It's close to the street, but it didn't bother me.

A very nice place to stay, like a good hotel room, with better amenities. The amenities are great, with oven, coffee machine and washing machine, everything you need for a longer stay. Parking across the street is available, but you have to search a bit on some days. The apartment is located at the back, where the railway line for freight traffic is located, a little louder from time to time with the window open, but not noticeable with the windows closed. The already described statement with the smell of smoke in the hallway is true, but absolutely nothing to notice in the apartment. Shouldn't scare anyone off. All in all, highly recommended.

The host was very nice, the room was spacious and clean, and we were even offered complimentary drinks. It was a very pleasant stay!

We loved staying at Helmut’s apartment. The space is large, it was quiet, a great environment for walking, yet close by (with a car) to Ottensheim for large supermarkets and a delightful town. Helmut and Daniela were genuinely nice people, who welcomed us from the moment we arrived. My husband and I look forward to returning to Gramastetten, and we recommend Helmut’s apartment to anyone staying in the area.

We have stayed at many Airbnbs over the years but this has been one of the most special. An attractive, clean and tidy family home, with wonderful grassy garden space comprising a large veranda, outdoor seating, large trampoline, and an exceptional swimming pool. All set in a peaceful rural environment, with woods and endless walking, running or cycling on the doorstep. The house is perfect for families or those seeking tranquility, with or without a mix of physical activity. Other highlights include Moorea the friendly cat, the garden fire pit, fruit and vegetables from the garden, the incredible night sky, and the spooky, autonomous lawn robot that comes out at night ;) Bad Leonfelden centre or nearby supermarkets are a convenient 10 min walk. We were welcomed by Thomas's attentive and friendly dad who also took care of the pool. Thomas himself responded instantly to any enquiries we had. It has been a memorable stay in your beautiful family home, Thomas. Thank you!

We had a great time in a wonderful house. With the amenities of children's attractions and toys, it is like a paradise for children. This way you can also easily survive rainy days. Eike and Verena are great hosts, many good tips and always great communication. Many things are simply available and Verena and Eike think well of what you could need. All in all, a successful stay for us. Thank you for that!

The place is clean and cozy. The tram stop is just 2 minutes away, and it's only one stop to the main train station from there. We were very happy with our choice to stay at Sabina's place for our trip to Linz and will definitely come back next time!

We had a great weekend at Villa Traunseeblick. Herta, our host, graciously accepted our last minute booking. The apartment was very clean, well equipped with everything you needed and had an amazing outdoor space to relax and enjoy views of the lake. It was very comfortable and just what we needed.
