This is a compact &cosy 26m2 Apartment. It is perfect for 1/2 people. There is a sleeping area & a seperated cooking zone with a writing desk in one room. Next to the room is entrance hall and bathroom. The owner lives in the same complex which is a former farmer house with several flats. She is a mother of three, sixty years old & nice to chat in german. All amenities, including Bus, trains, bakery, restaurants, supermarket, a few minutes walk. To Linz city center you need about 15 min(🚌🚅🚘)

Lovely vacation apartment near Linz. We live very rurally, but only 9 km from the capital Linz. Our apartment is perfectly located for travelers, families with children (good excursion destinations), cyclists (Danube Cycle Path) and vacationers. With your own Airbnb access to the apartment, privacy is ensured. Local tax to be paid on site: €2.40/day adults. Children up to the age of 15 are free. A lot of emphasis has been placed on child-friendliness.
