NEWLY RENOVATED!! This property is all new but we’re experienced hosts with great reviews and hospitality in mind. This studio is the size of a hotel room- but costs less. We are located just off of I-70 near shopping and restaurants. Although we don’t have a full size range, we have a microwave with an air fryer and convection oven feature. We also have a two burner cook top with everything you need to make the kitchen fully functional.

There is a gas station, subway, Mickey's bar and grill, Mexican restaurant and dollar general within walking distance. 15 mins from terre haute. 15 min drive to Sullivan Lake. 8 mins to industrial park. Has plenty of room for the family with an office upstairs and rec room with ping pong table, board games and cards.

Absolutely loved our stay! Everything was so amazing. We were in the area for the state track tournament. While a little farther than we wanted to travel from the event, this place made up for any worries in that with its peaceful and private setting. All the extras for adult and child use in the yard was great. My boys loved every bit of this stay. While we only stayed a few days, we used everything we could and will definitely look to stay again.

My family stayed at Williams house for our sisters graduation. William was very responsive and answered almost immediately every time I messaged him. Everything was stocked as listed. There’s even a baby tub in one of the closets if you need it. Quiet neighborhood close enough to everything. We will definitely look for this listing the next time we’re in town to visit!

My husband and I enjoyed a weekend at Susannah’s with our adult children. It is spacious, clean and well stocked. Our favorite parts were the wrap around porch (with a lovely swing and nice big table for family breakfast), games and being able to fish and drop our kayaks in right there on the property. We will definitely be back!

Katherine's home was very clean, well appointed and the size was perfect for our small group. We enjoyed sitting in the covered porch and sipping our morning coffee to start our day. Everything was so well stocked. I forgot my own shampoo and Katherine's had so many choices to choose from. Fear not if you think you forgot something, rest assured Katherine's probably has it. We slept well in the cozy beds, I even crawled back in and took a nap. I often take short spontaneous trips to Terre Haute. I'll consider myself lucky if her wonderful home is available.
