The farmhouse

In a traditional small cottage with white knots on a farm in the village of Snörum, you can find peace regardless of the season. In the village, there are four farms. Good opportunities to hike to various natural attractions around. The climate is sunny and rainy, with a great impact on vegetation, with smaller trees near the coast. Småland mountainous, which is much liked by Apollo butterflies. It is -3 km to the bay of Syrsan, with opportunities for swimming from cliffs and beach. -6 km to Loftahammar with grocery store and various community services.

Family cottage near Lake Sommen (80m2 sq. ft.

Cozy family cottage in scenic surroundings. Walking distance to Lake Sommen with swimming areas and marina. There are also lovely walking paths. Nearby there is a soccer field and volleyball court. Right next to the cottage, there are both sheep and cow pastures and a large plot with space for activity. There is a possibility to rent a boat and fish. During the fall, there are nice mushroom fields in the nearby area. During the winter, there is usually access to a child-friendly ski slope and cross-country trails. It's about 10 kilometers to the facility.

Enjoy dinners in the evening sun or morning coffee with lake views. The house is spacious, with six bedrooms, three bathrooms and a large kitchen – perfect for shared moments. Take a morning swim from the private jetty or take the boat on a fishing trip. In the garden, there is a hot tub that is warm all year round. 6 km away is the summer town of Motala, with one of Sweden's most beautiful beaches.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Pool, hot tub, 60 meters to public sandy beach…Four spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms and open floor plan. Outdoors, you will find a lovely 3x6 m pool with a pool roof and a patio deck that offers several sun beds, dining area and lounge furniture. The villa has a fantastic view of Lake Asplången and Göta Canal! Walking distance to golf course. Driving distance: 40 minutes to Kolmården Zoo. 10 minutes to Söderköping. 10 minutes to Norrköping. 30 minutes to Linköping.

A nice accommodation in Rimforsa near Lake Åsunden and Järnlunden where it is nice to swim, canoe and fish. We have a kitchen with all the amenities, bathroom with shower, Wi-Fi, patio with barbecue and a sofa bed in case one or two people want to come along. Shop, restaurant & swimming area are within walking distance. Activities: Hiking, boating, tennis, paddle, viewpoints, rock climbing, caves, MTB facility, skating (winter), canoeing, cycling and fishing. Bicycles and canoes are available to borrow.

The cottage has a large garden with fresh vegetables, meadow and lots of flowers. The forest is next door and is very rich in bird life, blueberries and mushrooms. The plot is located on a hill and you can cycle to the sea in 15 minutes. Grocery store is 4 km away. You can also easily get to Norrköping, Söderköping and Kolmården Zoo by car.
