On the ground floor, next to the kitchen and guest toilet, there is a large living/dining room with access to the terrace. On the upper floor are two bedrooms with double beds as well as a bathroom with shower. In the immediate vicinity is the storage pool with its numerous sports and leisure activities. In addition, the holiday home is close to the recreational area "Biener Busch".

The house is made of wood, 130 sqm, with fireplace, air conditioning in the bedrooms and large garden. It is 400 m to the shops. A cat, Pearl lives in the apartment. Dogs would have to be compatible with the cat. Dogs on request. There is a garden sauna, at the house, where 3 people can lie. In front of the sauna is a fire bowl. Cost: 15 euros per hour. Please register for the sauna, as I need to give a short briefing. You can grill, a grill is available.

The fully equipped kitchen offers a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, fridge and freezer. The fully covered terrace (30 sqm) is a special extra!

A farm shop and a restaurant are within walking distance. Shopping facilities, touristic sports and station can be reached in 5 minutes by car.
