Our space is the perfect home away from home. It is a quaint place, yet roomy enough for everyone to have their own space. ***The basement of this house is rented as well so please be aware that you may hear noise from other people. Their space Is completely blocked off so you will not have any interaction with them. ***This house is located near a main road which may cause some noise. QUIET HRS: 10pm-7am There are 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, and a living room.

Beautifully handcrafted with custom cabinets, shiplap walls, quartz countertops, a beautiful wraparound deck and a bedroom window view of the 11,749 foot Mt Timpanogos. Located 20 yards from the Bonneville shoreline trail which offers excellent hiking, biking and snowshoeing. This beautiful location is also a short walk to one of Utah’s top 10 waterfalls (Battle Creek Falls).
