Top renovierte 50m² ALTBAUWOHNUNG (Erdgeschoss) im Herzen von Köln. Der vordere Raum ist nicht möbliert, da er zwischendurch als Fotostudio genutzt wird (natürlich nicht während einer Vermietung). Schöner Holzboden, neues Boxspring Bett, neues Bad, neue Küche. Extrem schnelles WLan. In der Nähe von zahlreichen Restaurants, Bars und einem Supermarkt. Sehr kurzer Weg zum Flughafen (17 Minuten mit der Bahn), 15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Hauptbahnhof, S und U-Bahn sind 5 Minuten entfernt.

We rent this beautiful in-law (approx. 60 m2) with separate entrance and direct access to nature in the Sauerland. The apartment has one double bedroom for 2 people and another room with sofa bed for 2 people . Optionally, it is possible to use the high-quality sofa bed in the living room for 2 additional guests. The sofa bed has an integrated mattress for permanent sleepers. Free Wi-Fi and private parking on site

Very quiet, idyllic apartment in Hückeswagen

We are very quiet and idyllic on the outskirts of Hückeswagen/Remscheid-Lennep, in a residential street, right by the forest. Bed linen, towels and very good basic equipment are of course provided. The Bergische Panoramasteig for hikers is right outside the front door, as well as the entrance and exit to the Bergische Panorama bike path. Pets are very welcome by arrangement and for a fee (10 euros/night/animal).

This cozy atmosphere with the flair of a bygone era is the backdrop of your getaway. Inside, antiques and pictures of regional artists meet modern technology.
