There is NO living room/living room, but a TV nook in the double room. Secure free parking in the backyard. 5 minutes walk to the center of Mandal. Grocery store close by. Walking distance to many great beaches and a rich cultural life.

Welcome to our cozy apartment close to the city center in Kvinesdal! The apartment is located right by the beautiful salmon river Kvina and Kvina water park, perfect for both relaxation and fun. Just a short walk away you will find downtown with shops and restaurants, as well as playground and park. There are also opportunities for swimming on the sandy beach close to the apartment. If you want ski trips, there are good opportunities for great trips of different lengths with a lovely view (the mountain right behind the apartment).

The place is ideal for families, with amenities suitable for both adults and children.

This is a new renovated apartment which is 62m² in size and is located in one quiet and nice neighborhood. The apartment has a private entrance and has access to a large parking space. If you travel with children, we have a baby bed and a children's chair for those who need it. The apartment is about 5 minutes from the nearest bus stop where the bus runs 1-2 times an hour to Kristiansand City. You can also take a bus to Nodeland city centre where you can find everything from grocery stores, gas station, pharmacy, etc.

About 250 meters below the property is a child-friendly beach and several playgrounds. A few meters further beyond you will find the swamps, bathing jetty w/drip tower and volleyball field. Only 30 min drive to Kristiansand Zoo Bed linen and towels must be brought. Possibility of electric car charging for extra charge.
