We had a very nice time at Michael's place. It is located on a quiet street with plenty of parking. Michael was always available and answered our questions quickly. We were received in a very friendly manner and guided through the house. During the tour, we noticed how well the house is equipped with towels, hair dryer, sufficient dishes and cutlery, spices for cooking, WiFi and much more. All rooms were tidy, clean and very lovingly furnished. For 8, we had more than enough space. We felt very comfortable right away. Thanks to Michael for the wonderful accommodation:)

We had a great stay at Banu's place. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. I loved the location. Close to green space but with the city being easily accessible. We walked ( about 1 hour) and cycled ( on hire bikes - 30 minutes) into Cologne along the river. The tram and buses are 10- 15 minutes away. A perfect stay. Banu was a great host and was really helpful before and during our trip.

Was a nice place to stay, quiet and relaxing. 30 min out of town by tram, still easy to get into town.

This is a great place! Just like the photos, this is a quiet place with everything you need for an extended stay. Grateful for the chance to call it “home” for my two weeks in Cologne!

The apartment was clean, spacious, and perfect for traveling as a couple with a baby and dogs. We were pleasantly surprised with the spacious bedrooms and cleanliness of the whole unit! The neighborhood is cozy and very walkable. Training into Köln was easy and there were some great parks and neighborhood restaurants nearby. Sandra is an amazing host who was very helpful and kind. I would recommend to anyone and would be happy to stay again!

Great stay at the Beverly Sulz:) Anna Maria was very sweet and made my stay very easy. Great location close to tram lines, 20 minutes to city center, everything for daily needs walkable. Rode bikes in Beethoven Park and enjoyed exploring a new part of the city. Highly recommend!

I have stayed in many Airbnb in Koln in the past 10 Years. This is by far the best for the location, and young family with one kid, or business travelers that want to have a great home in Koln! Thank you!

Had a great stay at this beautiful apartment all around! It is not only styled and designed with a lot of love for detail, but also exudes a modern, welcoming atmosphere – you immediately feel comfortable. The location in Cologne is unbeatable: central, yet quiet, perfect for exploring the city. We would like to emphasise the flexibility and friendly courtesy when accepting a third person – this was absolutely uncomplicated and very accommodating. We were welcomed by an incredibly likeable and accommodating person on site who took time to show us everything and provided us with valuable tips. We would come back anytime – clear recommendation!

Spacious apartment and fully furnished as a residential house. Spacious terrace. Location is close to the quiet villa district Marienburg and the Südpark where you can take beautiful walks. The bus connection to the center is fine. Line 132 stops around the corner. 2 min walk. Also handy is the HIT supermarket around the corner. Coffee machine with beans is a winner. A few bottles of drinks and snacks make you feel welcome.

Super nice place to stay! Easy check in and check out. We were received in a great way and had the tram right on the main street.

We took a family trip (three of us) in Cologne. The apartment is a great starting point for the activities in the surroundings. Easily accessible and shopping in walking distance. When we arrived, we felt right at home. The apartment is perfectly furnished and there is really nothing missing. We even found a small selection of games. Thank you to the excellent hosts Elke and Jörg! Thank you for the hospitality provided and the great tips on public transport, culinary delights and sightseeing that we got. This rounded off the stay for us. We had a great time in Cologne/Frechen and are happy to recommend the hosts! Very convenient location, close to the highway, also close to the city. There are shops nearby, within walking distance. It's easy to get to the apartment, the owner described everything in detail. All the necessary things were there, dishes, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, iron, ironing board. There was even tea and coffee. Napkins, paper, dish sponge and detergent - everything is thought out to the smallest detail. The bed is comfortable, one is large, the other is smaller. The bed is fresh, clean. The bathroom had all the necessary things: shampoo, gel, hand soap. The shower is new, the plumbing is also new, the water is warm. It so happened that our arrival was a day earlier, and the apartment was free, the host told us how to add a reservation and quickly confirmed it, and we were able to check in a day earlier. For the money paid, it's a very good place to stay, I recommend it.
