Die Souterrain Wohnung ist nur 2min von der Linie 18 Haltestelle Klettenbergpark entfernt, mit der man direkt zum Köln HBF durchfahren kann. Im Sommer bleibt die Wohnung angenehm kalt. Die Wohnung ist mit einem großen Fernseher ausgestattet an den auch eine PlayStation angeschlossen ist. Ofen, Mikrowelle und Spülmaschine sind vorhanden.
