The place is perfect to relax and enjoy quietness of the environment. Heinz is a very friendly host and he was always there to help. highly recommend place and host!

We spent relaxed days with the family, 6 people, in Manuel's spacious, comfortable and well-kept apartment. The beautiful garden with pool and koi pond are especially worth mentioning. The warm welcome and his helpful tips for planning - excursions in the area, gastronomy visit - gave us an unforgettable time. We will be happy to come back and highly recommend the apartment!

We felt very comfortable in the very nice old building apartment.

The house is great value for money and quite spacious, but it's a pity that it's located in the basement. The kitchen at the entrance is a bit damp, and the small bedroom is simply decorated. Everything else is pretty good.The house and yard are tidy.

Lots of beds, perfect for a bachelor party.

Easy check-in, very simple to access, comfortable bed. The only downside would be that sometimes you can hear your neighbors, other than that it’s a 10/10! Would love to come here again someday.

Great breakfast, spacious and bright.Some of the amenities in the photos are in the hotel building, the room is on the 2nd floor of the apartment, with an elevator.

This was an excellent place to stay with plenty of room for all 5 of us! I highly recommend it!

We felt very comfortable at Anni and Bene's place and would gladly recommend it. Anni gave us many great tips for our short stay. This also included an Italian restaurant with great flair and very delicious food. We will be happy to come back.

The apartment is very modern, clean and has an amazing view which makes it very attractive. Henok is very friendly and organised. He planned all I needed for my stay and everything went very smoothly. It was a business trip for me but hopefully next time I will enjoy the city more. Thank you very much Henok!

Nathalie's place is stylish, airy, comfortable and with relaxing outside space. The location is around 30 mins from the centre of Koln both by taxi and tram, with the stop a short walk away. Great host communication from booking to departure and prompt response when we needed something extrea. Would recommend.

We spent two lovely weeks at Radek's apartment. In the beginning, Radek showed us around and explained everything in person. There is a lot to see in the neighboring towns, and then you can rest well in the apartment. Very good value for money, gladly recommend.

The room was bright, quiet, spacious and well-equipped! The private bathroom is a great plus. There was everything you need. Communication, check-in, accommodation – Regine and her husband were very friendly and helpful – everything really good and very pleasant. I'd love to come back!

Anne's property is beautiful. It is peaceful and quiet and the area is wonderful.

Anja's house is very cozy, in a very quiet and beautiful area, easy to access and easy to get to. It is very clean, and the private room is very nice. The communication with Anja was excellent, both before my arrival and until the very last moment. She was attentive to my questions, always supporting me and responding quickly. I would definitely like to stay here again when I return to Düsseldorf

Isabell was an excellent host. I was not only welcomed as a guest, but really warmly and friendly and the entire time of my business stay I felt at home. Isabell even procured an extra work table for my evening work, which we then set up together. I had an entire floor at my sole disposal, the two rooms are usually never assigned at the same time. Thus, I had privacy, as well as a sense of belonging at the same time. She always provided fruit and other snacks and was very interested in mutual exchange. If you take someone into your own home, you really can't do better than Isabell. But beware, Isabell likes to chat ;-) However, I enjoyed this time together very much! Full recommendation.

A really nice house, stylish, elegant, well-maintained and very clean, the tasteful furnishings including the high-quality furnishings should also be emphasized. The sauna area invites you to relax and a bath in the hot tub at sunset is fantastically beautiful. Communicating with hosts is quick and easy. We will be happy to come back! ☀️

Very nice place - just like the pictures with lots of space, nicely designed, big garden & a parc across the street. Extremely nice to stay with kids, we felt right at home. The communication was flawless, super helpful and flexible. We will definitely try to stay again & can only recommend it. The area is also fun and two different metro stops are in walking distance. This is one of the best AirBnB we have stayed in. It's a beautiful house, very spacious, bright and airy. We were very comfortable, almost like being at home. The stay was with our team members and they loved it as well. Loved the fact that there were exercise equipment indoors as well as the swings in the garden allowed me to do my daily exercises. The office and work spaces meant members could do their work in their rooms with privacy if wished. The open plan layout suited us too as we could gather for meals, chats and discussions.
