Cabin vacation rentals in Lindås Municipality

Our five-day stay in this beautiful, large house on the island was wonderful. It was a great adventure to travel to the island by motorboat. The house is located on a hill with magnificent views in all directions and offers both plenty of space and comfort. The hot tub was surprisingly no longer available, but that didn't bother us much given the manageable length of stay and the very changeable weather anyway. Elisabeth was a wonderful hostess. The information was very precise and helpful. She always responded to questions super quickly and kindly. We highly recommend everyone to experience this island adventure and enjoy this luxurious property.

Wonderful stay in a spacious and cozy cottage. We were 10 guests, and had everything we needed! The host responded quickly and was very nice and helpful. Will be back for sure!

Tommy‘s cabin is an extraordinary place and allowed us to enjoy Norway to the fullest: from swimming and catching cod in the fjord with the boat and sauna sessions to incredible hikes. We had an amazing time and hope to be back some day!

Rolf and Lena's cottage is beautiful and it lacks nothing. The location is unique! Hosts are very friendly. Lena had prepared coffee, Easter pastries and fresh flowers to welcome us. We had a great week here and even saw the Northern Lights.

Although we only spent one night at the accommodation, we took a lovely walk to explore the beautiful surroundings. Sunniva welcomed us with a warm and cozy home — the fireplace was already crackling when we arrived, filled with freshly added firewood. She even showed us a newborn lamb, which was such a special experience. The place has a very charming and inviting atmosphere.

The House is extremely beautiful with an amazing view over the fjord and the Mountainside. There are amazing hikes within a short drive as well as in Odda. Loved it.

The place is in a perfect location if you are going to a wedding in Blomvåg church. It is spacious, clean and well equipped, and is located in serene surroundings. Would be happy to recommend it to others.

Mountains on three sides and a fjord on the other. If you're looking for solitude at the end of the world, this is it. A piece of advice, it's a single lane road in with blind corners and hills, so be ready to stop on a dime for on coming traffic. Also, the local market will have essentially anything you'd need, but they have eccentric hours so I'd recommend bringing along a day's worth of food to be safe.

Host is very responsive and receptive. The house is beautiful and one with its surroundings. You stare right onto the water. No complaints. I would definitely come back again.

Really enjoyed at Monica's place! The kids had a great time with a trampoline and playhouse, the dog warmed in front of the fireplace after long walks in the forest around, and we adults enjoyed the tranquility and silence. It was nice to also get to know the bush trolls ☺️

The stay at Laila's cottage was indescribably beautiful and relaxing. We had pretty mixed weather during our stay with a lot of storm and rain. Due to the very tasteful and cozy furnishings, the wood-burning stove with existing wood and the huge window fronts with great views of the fjord, we made it really cozy in the cottage. In addition, fishing for mackerel was already a breeze from the shore. We will be happy to come back.

We enjoyed our visit and stay at the cottage. The view and location were excellent. The hosts were responsive, helpful and personal. We would highly recommend for either a couple or a family looking to enjoy access to the water and a peaceful location.

I can only repeat my review of our stay in May 2023: ...it is the best vacation cottage we have discovered so far on our travels. The great location with a magnificent view, a modern, well-equipped kitchen, a great bed and very tasteful furnishings, warm and cozy and everything tiptop clean. We had a great stay and would come back anytime. The place is super equipped and we immediately felt comfortable. The hosts were super nice and always easy to reach. Price/performance is top!

The floor-to-ceiling windows frame the waterfront like a living canvas, inviting the Norwegian skaergaard right into your living room. The kitchen is sharp, practical—a true haven for anyone who values a well-prepped meal. And then there’s the jetty out front, where you can sit back, sip something strong, and lose yourself in the stillness of this place. Centrally located for a business traveler yet worlds away in spirit. If I could double the star rating, I would. Else, the host, is a gem—flexible, communicative, and downright pleasant. This AirBnB is one of the most beautiful I have ever stayed in. The terrasse with lake view is breathtaking at any time of the day. Kitchen is modern and very well-equipped. We rented a boat for one day, which was super easy and fun.
