Till Barn does exactly what it says on the tin: everything is appropriate to the setting, and the photos give an accurate picture. There is a well-equipped kitchen, clean, good-quality linen and thoughtful décor, all of which made us feel comfortable on arrival. Chats with Catrin and Peter were friendly, informative and reassuring. Lincoln is nearby, and the host folder gives good, detailed information and recommendations. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the overall vibe is of staying with unobtrusive friends rather than staying in a hotel room. We're highly likely to ask to come back!

What a fantastic little space. I’d tended to stay in Lincoln city centre when on business there in the past, but never again! So peaceful, well equipped, clean and with some nice little touches too in terms of coffee pods and breakfast etc. Nice to get some recommendations for runs in the area (so much nicer than a run round Lincoln city centre - the “steep hill”, wow, never again!). I honestly can’t fault it, and hope to be back.

Absolutely perfect , everything you need for a wonderfully peaceful retreat , excellent hosts nothing to much trouble . Very welcoming a real diamond find .

Very happy , great little annex , had everything you need , Carol even put fresh milk in the fridge for me Loaf of bread and tea sugar coffee , however I did take my own But many Thanks for that anyway 👍

My room was decorated in Beach Hut style and everything was coordinated. There was a pleasant air freshner. The bed was very comfortably and the shower worked well.

We had a lovely stay at The Hideaway and really enjoyed being in the countryside. Lovely spot to sit outside and relax.

The property was very comfortable and well equiped. The host was also extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

Jon & Sue greeted us on arrival. Our accommodation was spot on - clean & fresh with milk in the fridge, tea, coffee and biscuits, granola and musli. Super refreshing shower. We were given fresh pastries also/continental breakfast a d chouces of cereals. Location was perfect. Beautiful spot in the countryside. We met their three gorgeous cats, horses and dogs. They both gave us recommendations for places to eat. Perfect in every way. Highly recommended

I had a very enjoyable stay over Christmas at the home of this lovely family. Clare is exceptionally welcoming and thoughtful and provides delicious freshly baked pastries every day - even on Christmas morning! The room is extremely well equipped and clean. A great bolt hole whilst I visited nearby relatives that I may well need again!

We had a great stay here whilst in the area for the Boston marathon. The property was as described and we felt both that Kevin was on hand should we need anything but also that we had complete privacy. Being able to return for a quick shower after the race (after check out time) was much appreciated too. thank you!

I really enjoyed my stay. It was peaceful and tranquil with lovely countryside all around which was the perfect tonic after a hard days work. The accommodation was perfect for me and Valerie and Steve were very friendly and communicative.

A compact space with a super comfy bed- quiet yet a short distance from the town centre

One of the nicest places I’ve stayed in, the room and bathroom is beautiful and I can’t wait to stay hear again when visiting family! Plus the breakfast was so lovely. Thank you.

The Garden Rooms were perfect to break up a long journey. The place was very clean, very spacious and comfortable. Jo was very quick to answer messages and very kind. It was very nice to have Belton House close by for dog walks.

Leafy Retreat is a small haven of peace and beauty 2 mins from Louth center. Don’t be put off by the approach down the lane once you get inside the walled garden it’s beautiful. We were made very welcome by Margaret who was there to great us with a bottle of white wine. She was kind to our dogs and left treats for them too. The garden is secure so we were able to let our dogs roam freely and Margaret did not mind her dogs were there too. The bed was comfortable and the shower hot two things important to us. It is small but for two people and two dogs we had plenty of room. There is a lovely sunny outside area to use as well. Louth is a great town lots to see and do. We had good food at The White Swan and The Auction House. Archie’s was good for breakfast. We will stay here again.

this was my first time using air b&b and I was really impressed. I stayed with my 5 year old and my parents. We had one day in skegness which is 50 mins away and then the second day in Lincoln which is 15 mins away. The house was super clean and modern with lovely decor and had everything you need. My little boy especially loved the board games that suzi kept in the cupboard which I thought was a nice touch. suzi also popped some milk in the fridge for us for when we checked in so we could have a brew. messages were responded to very quickly. would definitely stay again. thanks Lauren xx

A lovely short stay as had to stay locally due to work. Didn’t get the opportunity to explore the surrounding area but the accommodation was lovely & clean. Had treats left for us to enjoy, overall a fab stay and if I was ever needing accommodation again this way, would definitely book here!

Fantastic room. Lovely location next to the restaurant. Restful but lots to do if you want to.
