Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Lincoln Park, Chicago

We had such a great time in the heart of the old town in Chicago . Super cute beautiful house with all the comforts we needed, my son and I, for our 4 day stay. Comfy beds, all the amenities, great support staff and host. Top location with parking. Be there for the yearly art fair ! And any other time! Will come again!

Great neighborhood. Clean, not cluttered, with nice beds and good linens, seating, prep and extra storage area in kitchen, filtered water pitchers, and eating table in dining area, good TV and streaming options, and beside lights with outlets and HDMI ports for charging. A little pricey for the stay but situated close to family so we could walk. Much better and more flexible than a hotel! There are stairs to the main door and stairs up to the "attic area" which is the rental space. Good ceiling height and despite the roof angles impinging on the living space, easy to navigate. Responsive host. Things that were problematic: spotty internet, tepid coffee brewer, uncomfortable couch, one room only had a tiny nightstand and no other table (that could have been on the big closet area), and, especially, nowhere to put clothes. Even though many rentals have no furniture for drawers, hosts hang a closet "shelf" organizer for clothes. It's much better than living out of a suitcase.

This apartment was the perfect base for our Chicago adventures. In a walkable neighborhood with plenty to do and close to public transportation routes. Michael's place was clean and comfortable with plenty of small touchs that made it feel like home. Umbrellas came in handy on a stormy night and Michael texted earlier in the day to let us know they were there. An A+ stay that I will try to use if we return to the area.

Einfach nur wundervoll. Das war eine der schönsten Unterkünfte, in der ich je war. Die Wohnung ist total liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles war super sauber und ordentlich. Es gibt sogar Zahnbürsten, Zahnpasta und eine Schlafmaske, falls man sie benötigt. Die Küche ist auch super ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Der kurze Weg zur Metro war ebenfalls sehr praktisch. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen.

This place was amazing to stay at! Perfect for couples or a solo trip. It was easy to access the location. Parking was pretty good with the only down side being having to maybe circle around the block a time or two to find a spot. But nothing crazy! The space was clean and cozy. The host was also amazing at communicating, always responding promptly. I would definitely visit here again!

Johana’s place was a 10 ! Place was exactly as stated. Parking was always available and we even parked right in front of the building twice! Full size refrigerator and all the kitchen essentials were there. Beds were extremely comfortable with room darkening curtains. Felt safe walking around. We will be keeping our eyes open for her place being available for future visits.

This is the second time we have stayed at Andrei's place. It is very comfortable, in a great location, and Andrei is always friendly and responsive. Would stay there again!

Caroline and Rey are great hosts. Great setup in the heart of a fun Chicago neighborhood. Short walk to Wrigley. Really enjoyed our stay. Caroline genuinely offered for us to call with any questions or concerns. But it wasn’t necessary. We were warmly greeted. Nice family. Great apartment. Thanks for a wonderful visit.

This place was perfect for two of us! Everything about the description was accurate. It was very clean, super easy to access, and in a perfect spot-walkable to tons of restaurants, coffee shops, and even a few gyms we tried. Water pressure in the shower was phenomenal. Neighborhood felt safe for late night walking to and from restaurants. Hosts were communicative without being over-the-top. Would book again in a heartbeat!

The Roscoe house was the perfect spot for our trip with our teenage daughter and her two friends. The location had everything we needed and could ask for in terms of nearby, fun and food, as well as close to everything we wanted to do. And the place itself was stocked better than any place we’ve ever stayed, which made cooking and hanging out easy and fun. And it felt like a home away from home. But elevated since the decor and the layout we’re super cool and modern and unique. We definitely will stay here again. It made for a wonderful trip.

Very comfy apartment in a great neighborhood. We were in town for a baseball game and it’s a terrific place for that, just about a 20-minute walk to Wrigley Field. The only thing to be concerned about is the stairs: there are two flights to get into the apartment and they’re fairly steep and small, so if you have mobility issues that would be a concern. I don’t and had no problem. Karen is a lovely host and was very helpful when I was getting into the place and unloading my stuff from my car. There are tons of restaurants and coffee shops in the area, so it’s a great place to explore and hang out.

Even more spacious than in the photos! Well-kept place, with a fully stocked kitchen, projector, BOSE speaker, and great backyard. Double shower in the master bedroom, and strong water pressure. Entry is easy with a code. Finally, the host is VERY accommodating, flexible, and responsive. Recommended!

Great place. Great location. No issues at all. I would rent again. It's a good spot between the Gold Coast and Lincoln park and beer some really good restaurants. Place was as described and would have no issues staying there again.

Cheryl’s place was perfect for our weekend trip. It was easy to find free street parking and a short walk to the train. The house was just like the photos. Very spacious and very comfortable. Will be booking again the next time we are in Chicago.

Not our first time here. Jessica is always quick to respond to our questions and requests. If just the 2 of us, will always look to see if Jessica’s home is available. And close to our grandson!

Basement appartement but spacious, not too dark and benefit of the use of the outside garden. Kitchen has everything you need, and there is ample storage space. Shower is one of the better I encountered in the US. Came here to attend a conference and will definitely book again if the conference returns to Chicago. Reliable, friendly host, no question was ever one too many.

Staying at James' place was a dream! 😍 His home was clean, spacious, comfortable and had everything my partner and I needed. We adored the balconies and the rooftop deck was very cool! We loved that his home was very close to one of the Brown Line stations and we could hop on the 'L' very quickly. We also ate at Frasca, Avenue Tap & Kitchen and Bitter Pops and the food was excellent! We would stay here again!

Matthew's home was incredible! It was a beautiful and comfy space and immaculately clean. The instructions he provided to check-in, where to find things, etc. were very accurate and well thought out. There were more amenities than mentioned in the listing. It really felt like staying in a real home and not a normal Airbnb rental. Matthew was very responsive and really made our stay special. He really went above and beyond any host I have seen before. We were in Chicago for my daughter's college graduation and he made a personalized welcome and congratulations sign in the kitchen just for us. Additionally, on our first morning, there was a chance of rain in the area and on his own, Matthew went out and purchased and provided umbrellas in case we needed them. Above and beyond hosting! I can't recommend this home highly enough!

We had a great time here. The place is really cozy and located in a nice neighborhood with plenty of stuff in walking distance. Totally worth it.

We had an incredible stay in this stunning Chicago penthouse! The luxurious space exceeded our expectations, with every detail thoughtfully considered - from the beautifully appointed decor to the stocked spices in the cabinet. The host was responsive, flexible(we really appreciate)and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We highly recommend this penthouse to anyone looking for a top-notch Chicago experience!

One of my favorite Aibnbs of all time. The location is FUN - right in the center of the action in Northalsted. The space itself is beautiful and clean. The bedrooms are spacious, and the kitchen is well equipped. Allan was awesome and left us a bottle of prosecco to welcome us. Best part of the house is the huge covered front balcony - a front row seat to the joyous crowds, especially on the weekend. We saw a concert, walked to a Cubs game, spoiled the kids on Michigan Ave - and everyone agreed the balcony was our fave part of the trip. The rear deck is icing on the cake. We were in town so our kids could go to a concert and they also loved the area. If you're sensitive to noise, bring earplugs - all the action brings a bit of music - but really it's a steady din so super easy to tune out at bedtime. We love this place and can't wait to come back!

Susan’s home was comfortable, clean, well-equipped, and aesthetically pleasing. The bed I slept in was one of the most comfortable of my entire life—I prefer a soft mattress. As far as location goes, the street was quiet, good for walking our dog, and close enough to public transport. Plenty of buses were available. We used street parking for our car and never had problems with finding a close spot to the house whenever we did take the car out. We enjoyed the stay greatly and will stay again. Thank you, Susan!

The condo was very spacious and had everything we needed to stay right at home. Adrian was responsive to our questions. It was a perfect distance from the city for exploring through the day but staying in a peaceful place at night. The staircase in the house was a little steep but otherwise it was perfect.
