The apartment has been fully renovated, it is new the apartment is located in the family home but access is independent air-conditioned apartment suitable for serious people the accommodation is 1 hour from Narbonne and 25 minutes from Carcassonne, and 1.5 hours from the Pyrenees, 1.5 hours from Perpignan - 1 hour from the sea and 1 hour from the mountains the carnival starts in January and ends in mid-April and don't forget the blanquette

Beautiful renovation which combines modern comfort with the spelendor of this 17th century stone tower house in the Medieval village of Alet les Bains. Beautiful garden. White water rafting and other river sports are within walking distance as well as a natural spring swimming pool which is open in the summer. There are a number of good restaurants within walking distance too and the famous wine producing town of Limoux is a 10 minute drive away. There is a tourist office in the town.

Enjoy the peace, the view and the comfort of this stylish chalet. Very suitable as a romantic getaway or relaxing in nature with your family. We are at 650 meters altitude, in a hot summer it is always a little cooler than in the valley and with a breeze, very pleasant. At night, the lake cools down and it's a good night's sleep. We don't need air conditioning. Dogs are welcome, €15 per stay. For the winter, there is a wood-burning stove. We provide a wheelbarrow with firewood for €15.
