It feels like you are in the country but only minutes from town, the Arkansas River, and trails. A great place to stay while whitewater rafting the Royal Gorge, mtn biking, climbing, or just want to take in a meal downtown and relax on the private deck. Hot tub is on the back deck of main house and overlooks city lights! Groceries, dining and hiking trails only 15 minutes away. There is no A/C. 4WD vehicles are required October - April.

The 2nd bedroom is pleasant blue, set up for children, includes a single bed and a bunkbed. A pack and play is available for a baby. A small kitchen area includes a table for 6 and a microwave, coffee maker, hot plate, and fridge. The bathroom was recently renovated and will pamper you!
