Other things to note: you will simply be asked to respect the check-in time after 3pm and the checkout time of 11am to allow me to organize myself.

Calm Romantic Village House

This romantic house is situated in a cute little village in the north of the green Allier (Auvergne Rhone Alpes). In the village is a small supermarket, bar-tabac, restaurant, pharmacy and bakery. The village is close to the Allier river, known for it's fabulous canoeing and fishing. The house is on the GR3 Vezelay Route (the famous hiking trail for pilgrims to Santiago de Compostella). In our house you won't find wifi, nor TV. What you will find is calm, rest and board games.

Surrounded by a pretty flower garden in which you can finally spend a stay away from the tumults of the city, while keeping a quick access to all the amenities 4 km away, our stone house is located 300 m from the vineyard. Cozy old farmhouse

Quiet house in the countryside with a large lot. There is a small pond with carp (they love bread) Shops (supermarket, restaurants...) 5 km away with the street art city. Beautiful walks in the area: Allier River 5 km away, Tronçais Forest 20 km away. Near us, the Lurcy-Lévy circuit (5 km) or Magny-Cours (25 km) for racing enthusiasts. You will also be about 1 hour from Le Pal Park, only 40 km from Moulins and its stage costume museum.

Welcome to this cozy home consisting of a spacious living room, open kitchen with bar, bedroom, bathroom and separate toilet. The accommodation is modern with all the comforts for a pleasant stay. Parking and a plot of 500 m2 completes the property. The house is 2 steps from the village and the river Allier. You are in the Bourbonnais between the Auvergne region, Burgundy and the Centre, close to the Magny-Cours circuit.

The price of 80€/night corresponds to the accommodation of 1 to 4 guests beyond extra 14€/night per guest outside the household (at the expense of the guests or optional - 40€)

A wonderful stay at Château de Paraize: staying in the French countryside with beautiful views of the horses in the fields. The river Allier is within walking distance, enjoy beautiful nature, old towns, wine estates, markets with good food or flea markets. Or bbq with us at Paraize itself, participate in a wine tasting in the old wine cellar by candlelight, or just enjoy the campfire.

Le Bas de Riousse

Between Nevers and Moulins, 120 m2 cottage in the countryside, in the heart of Bourbonnais Nivernais, our house is located in a small hamlet at the end of a cul-de-sac, not overlooked or semi-detached. Lots of peace and quiet. Please note: the nearest shops are 2 km away. Many activities nearby: museum tours, vineyards, gardens, walks, canoeing, thermal baths, casino, etc.
