Welcome to our fantastic suite in the vaulted cellar of our monumental farmhouse, built in 1825. Between the South Limburg hills and just a stone's throw away from the vibrant city of Maastricht. We have transformed this cellar into a luxurious space with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a private kitchen! Enjoy delightful evenings in the most unique and atmospheric suite in the area. Outside, revel in the beautiful views over the Limburg hills. If you're lucky, you might even spot a deer passing by!

Our Wellness B&B is a luxury studio. The luxury studio is a spacious room of two floors, with a private infrared sauna and a very luxurious private bathroom. Here you will enjoy a characteristic atmosphere in a wooded and cultural environment. Upon arrival, a delicious welcome drink will of course be waiting for you. In our B&B you have your own infrared sauna at your disposal. This sauna offers infrared as well as aromatherapy and color therapy. A breakfast can be reserved € 12,50 p.p.p.d.

What was once a train track from Boxtel to Wesel has now become a beautiful walking trail through the natural wealth surrounding Houtvennen. Our guest house stands dead centre in this area! We call it a B&B because we serve a royal breakfast after every night of your stay. Simultaneously, it’s a magnificent vacation home with complete privacy in an environment where you can go for a walk, go cycling, but also just relax. One of our guests called it “A real gem”. The Bovenste Bos is located in the Geul Valley of the rustic Epen, surrounded by rolling meadows, fruit orchards, sunken roads and green hills of the South Limburg countryside. The B&B is located next to the house, with a spacious parking lot and consists of a private entrance, a bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and a vanity unit. In the large guest room, in addition to a double bed, there is a TV, a small kitchenette and a dining area. In the extra bedroom, there are two single beds. From the guest room, there is a private entrance to the enclosed garden with its own seating area.

On the 1st floor of our house, we offer a bedroom, a living room with sofa bed, a guest bathroom with bath and shower and a separate toilet. We serve a full breakfast. This charming accommodation has a stylish decor.
